Orly, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you have done on this subject. I am constantly amazed at your intelligence, determination, and incredible energy. Please keep an accurate record of everything that you have done because, besides being a great story, one day it will be one of the few records of this time in our history. When the liberals re-write our history, you know they will twist the facts of your work until they are unrecognizable. Have you see this article? https://tdarkcabal.blogspot.com/2011/01/january-11-2011-white-hat-report-8-end.html#comments I stumbled on this site only today so I cannot comment on its reliability. But according to this, the author has some inside information about the January 7th SC Conference and the decision reached by the court. One paragraph states: “From extremely high and very credible sources within the Judicial system, it has been reported that Obama and his legal team lost their arguments to have this case dismissed. The Court heard the applicable arguments from each side and held, in short form; the Obama did not meet the residency requirements as set forth in the Constitutional of the United States of America. A preliminary vote in favor of the Plaintiff was taken, with Associate Justice Elena Kagan not voting due to her previous political relationship and involvement with Obama’s birth certification issues.” And there is a lot more. Is this possibly the reason the SC has, for all practical purposes, snubbed you? True? Or just a chapter from someone’s novel? The other seven papers on the site are also very interesting. |

My understanding was that the Jan 7th review was of Dr. Taitz’s petition for writ of Certiorari. And thus a favorable ruling would have been the SCOTUS agreeing to hear the case on the merits, or to send it to be heard on the merits in a Federal Court.
The report above seems to indicate that a judgment was rendered on some of the merits of the case, which to me seems to not fit the scenario. My gut tells me this report is disinformation.
Am I off base?
