Defenestration, the lie that Dr. Taitz is referring to in the video is about the Dem Party’s pro bono attorney, Mr. Tepper.  He stated that he never asked the court to take judicial notice of Obama’s bc as proof that Obama was born in HI and was a NBC.   they attached the bc to one of their pleadings.

Dr, Taitz filed a motion to sanction the defendants for trying to defraud the court with documents they knew were fraudulent because she had sent to them all the evidence, expert witness affidavits and video of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s press conference.

She then read it right out of his pleading in the courtroom.  They tried to lie right in the courtroom.  Checkmate.

    In plain and simple English what does that make you, Mr. Tepper Esq.?

    Most people when they knowingly tell lies in court are found guilty of Lying. Were you?

    Orly Taitz filed an illegible copy of Obama’s birth certificate early in the Mississippi case.

    Tepper filed a LEGIBLE copy to clarify Taitz’ copy that could not be read.

    To Orly Taitz: I fully expect you to allow this comment through moderation. If you don’t, you are EXACTLY like those of whom you call STALINIST and “worse than the communists back in the USSR”

    So POST THIS COMMENT or you are as bad as the Obots you constantly denigrate.

    did u get the part about Tepper saying he never requested the court to take judicial notice???

    He did say that and he also requested judicial notice in his brief. That’s it period.

    To “The Best Obot You Never Heard Of”, thank you for being true, to the fact the most of the people that disagree with Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq, are just low class name callers. What you wrote sounded like third party mumble jumble, devoid of any real substance.

    Oh, while you are at it “TBOYNHO”, and are making a very feeble effort trying to defend your “MASTER”, Barrack Hussein Obama, explain why “E-Verify confirm the fact that they never, ever ISSUED Barracl Hussein Obama the SOCIAL SERCURITY NUMBER he is currently using.

    “TBOYNHO”, do know if there is any record of Social Security ever ISSUING Barrack Hussein Obama any Number at any time?

    “TBOYNHO” could you please POST on this WEB-SITE a copy of the “ILEGIBLE” Birth Certificate, or were just whistling through the breeze on that one.

    I’m curious “TBOYNHO” are you now going post some facts, or just resort to your low class name calling.

    Remeber “TBOYNHO” a LIE in Court, is a LIE, and you failed to show where Mr. Tepper didn’t LIE, you only brought more attention to that LIE.
