Your Honor:
It’s has been nearly 3 months since Dr. Orly Taitz filed her 60-B motion for reconsideration. Your last denial in this was for “no standing”. Since then she has provided you with evidence of her personal loss-Judge Land ’s $ 20,000 sanction on her because she was exercising her right “to Free Speech”. Your earlier ruling must be considered null and void.
In addition, she has provided you with additional information that further fortifies her earlier claim of the ineligibility of Barak Obama to be president. With evidence provided by the government, she showed that Obama used an alias, Soeberkak,. Along with this, he has used over 30 social security numbers including his current one 042 68 4425 that was issued in Connecticut .
The two Quo Warrentos issued to Eric Holder must also be revisited since the above new evidence has a bearing on this decision also. In view of this, Holder has been Obstructing Justice and must be held accountable.
I urge you to uphold the constitution, protect the people, and uphold your personnal integrity and honesty. Grant the 60-B motion and allow Taitz to proceed with discovery.
