I gave an interview to the “Examiner” yesterday, it will be published shortly. I talked to Steve Marlzberg a couple of days ago and I will be on his show in the near future, before my January 7 conference in the Supreme Court.

Please, contact the media and civil rights organizations, (even NOW and ACLU) and ask if they will file Amicus Curiae(brief from the Friend of the Court)  in support of my case currently with the Supreme Court. I have asked the Supreme Court to grant me discovery to prove that $20,000 of sanctions by Judge Land against me were not warranted, as my case was not frivolous. I was correct in representing active members of the military in furtherance of their constitutional right for redress of grievances.  sanctions were simply a form of harassment and intimidation by the Federal Government (Federal judge is part of the Federal government). this intimidation and harassment was done with improper purpose of aiding and abetting Barack Hussein Obama in committing massive elections fraud and illegally occupying the office of the President and Commander in Chief without valid long form BC and using Connecticut Social security number issued to another individual, who was born in 1890, presumed to be dead, whose death was not reported and whose SS number was illegally assumed by Obama. additionally Obama is not illegible, as Natural born citizen is supposed to be born in the country to the citizen parents, while his father was never U.S. citizen and Obama has or had  citizenship of 3 other countries: Great Britain, from birth, Kenya from age 2 and Indonesia from around age 5.

I hope that the Supreme court will grant my petition. If not, I will continue the battle and will file a motion for reconsideration with the Supreme Court, will go to the international courts and tribunals and will file a petition with the Judicial committee of Congress seeking subpoenas of Obama’s records, determination of his eligibility, prosecution, as well as impeachment and removal from office of all the Federal officials, including judges, who aided and abetted in this massive fraud as well as this deparavation of my civil rights, which was done under color of authority.

    I love Jeff Kuhner. When is he going to have his show again? I miss him! Thank you for the interview. I emailed Megyn Kelly this morning. I’m tired of her pompous know it all attitude. I used to like her, but quit watching her and the other jack ass(I’m sorry, I’m disgusted by them,) O’Reilly a couple of years ago. My hope is that FOX and both of them go down when Obama and The Peoples Temple does.

    That was a great interview. Both Steve Malzberg and Jeff Kuhner are the real deal.
