Orly Taitz isn’t crazy. To be honest, I’ve wondered, but after hearing her speak last night here in Sioux Falls on the issue of Obama’s eligibility, I can report she’s not a loon. To me what’s insane is that so few seem bothered by the fact that Obama has spent over a million bucks and presently has five law firms working to keep his records sealed. I’m still waiting for someone to give me a reasonable justification for that magnitude of trail covering.

Like most of you, I’ve seen a few unflattering Orly “meltdowns” on news programs and I know there are few people in our nation who are more widely painted as insane.  But, she’s not. She gave a very reasoned, interesting, informed, coherent history and explanation of why our Founding Father’s placed a “natural born” requirement in the Constitution for one seeking the office of Presidency and why Obama does not meet that requirement and what that means. Every American should hear what she said.

To me the whole thing was fascinating as Taitz made the case that the birth certificate is only one of many mysterious things about this man – that Obama has used 39 different social security numbers, has had 149 addresses, over 100 job positions that didn’t make it to his tax filings, and has had eight alias’. No response from the Justice Dept on any of the above.

Taitz said Obama perjured himself under oath applying for the Illinois bar by replying “none” when asked if he had any alias’. She said Obama should have at least put Barry Soetoro, or Barry Dunham, and that it’s a big enough deal to get one disbarred. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg in terms of a long history of Obama concealing his true identity. Also fascinating was to hear about the “campaign of intimidation” she and the over 200 plaintiffs in her cases have faced. And the cover up– for example, when she posted on her website the 100+ job positions Obama has had that weren’t reported on his tax filings, 93 of them were quickly erased, seven remain.

We want a birth certificate, not a .jpg

The birth certificate Obama provided is a jpg – something that will not get a person a drivers license in any of the fifty states. And the jpg mentions nothing of the hospital, the doctor and there are no signatures on it. What’s insane is that not one Secretary of State in any of the fifty states checked Obama’s eligibility. What’s crazy is that a trial date has been set to challenge Obama’s eligibility and in January, in California, Obama will be the first President in history to stand trial, and no one seems to care. 

Taitz has a perspective few in this nation have. Born in Russia, in present day Moldova, she emigrated to Israel in 1981 (graduated from Hebrew University). Taitz is a Russian Jew who named her children after family members who were taken by force out behind their home and ordered to dig their own graves before being shot by Russian officers. Her comments about what she’s seen in the media in the communist world and how it’s even worse here are worth considering. She is not bothered in the least by the repeated legal roadblocks she is coming up against saying “I came from Russia – how many cases were won against the regime by dissidents? None.” She speaks five languages and has a black belt. Along with many others I’ve chucked at the fact that she’s a dentist/lawyer/real estate agent. My opinion now is that this is evidence she is smarter and more driven than the rest of us. She’s funding her legal battles with monies from two dental practices she owns in Southern California.

The evening lasted exactly THREE hours, not because she spoke that long, but because people wanted to talk about this and ask questions. Unfortunately the better part of one hour of the Q & A was dominated by a Lyndon LaRouche guy in the back row who asked the first question – “Will the bailout be null and void if Obama is proved ineligible?” He then followed up with numerous comments about government spending, the need for a national strike and the Federal Reserve among other things. Finally some lady stood up and said, enough- she didn’t come to hear him talk about all the problems in the country but that she was there to hear Mrs Taitz talk about Obama’s eligibility. Steam came out the ears of the LaRouche guy, he grabbed his Mt. Rushmore hat off the floor and made a few comments about her to those sitting next to him. He then went out to talk on his phone (which, BTW, twice during the meeting, loudly rang twice for about six rings each time before he was able to get up and out the door to answer it).

There were 35 seats on each side of the room (seven rows of five on each side) which total seventy. Five were empty and three people were standing with video cameras. No media came. One state legislator attended, one who goes to everything. I think he heard the message loud and clear that there are legitimate concerns and that elected officials dropped the ball here. A guy who said he was the leader of the Constitution Party in South Dakota sat in the front row.

Zero donations until Obama is vetted.

Taitz challenged everyone to write “ZERO DONATIONS UNTIL OBAMA IS VETTED” at the top of every return envelop in every mailing sent by political parties, the Republican Party, whoever wants money to get re-elected.  She said “we need to demand action from elected officials.” Those in the room obviously love America and shared the sentiment that it has been taken over. Taitz said “if we want our country back we need to roll up our sleeves.” She said “we live in an illusion of a republic, we live in an illusion of a Constitutionally-governed nation.” Her message was that “if you do nothing, it will get worse and you will lose more Constitutional freedoms.”

I think I made Taitz nervous sitting in the back taking lots of notes, periodically raising my flip video camera, moving around for a better shot. She asked if I was a reporter. Nope – the tie is on because I just came from officiating a wedding.

   this country has been taken over by a bunch of dictators and obams is dead set on destroying this country.. as is his wife from her comments…

   now a question… how many countries do you know who were taken over by dictators?

   and when one was removed how did it happen?

   is that what we are facing today?
