The Obama administration didn’t respond to the Kirchner case either. They don’t need to. They have the Supreme Court in their back pocket – bought and paid for. The Obama appointees, Kagan and Sotomayor, didn’t even recuse themselves from participating in the discussion and decision to deny the Writ of Certiorari, even though granting it would have meant the loss of their positions on the Supreme Court. We must all realize that the Supreme Court has been corrupted and our Constitution is no longer being enforced

 this was received from the Solicitor General. Obama was supposed to respond by 11.24.10. On that day he waived his right to respond. The Supreme Court is supposed to schedule the conference on my case based on my pleadings

    After what the Supreme Court did today with it’s refusal to Hear or even comment on the latest eligabilty challenge…We r no longer a Nation of Law…We r now a Nation of the Biggest Gun Rules…The whole world is ready to go to War, due to a very weak United States…White Gentile America has been Carpet Bagged and Polititioned…Just exactly like the Civil War all over again…

    How did white gentile America get hurt by the civil war?

    Chum Lee needs to read some American history. After the “War Of Northern Aggression” Zionist Carpet Baggers traveled to the South during the(sic)Reconstruction and took advantage of not only the poor Whites, but the newly freed Blacks. As a matter of history, the Union Army, when confronted with their thievery and Usury tacticts,hung a great many of them, because they considered it looting and pillaging.

    why are they Zionist? The word zionist means, that one beliefs in the right of Jewish people to live in Zion or modern Israel, there is no connection between the civil war and Zionism, people who are spreading such rumors are simply Jew-haters. Please, don’t spread rumors that are not true and don’t forget that Mary, mother of Jesus, was Jewish

    I can say that you and I are in grand agreement with one thing: hippybiker and potentionally Leonard McCauley are virulent anti-Semites.

    Orly, not only was Mary Jewish, but so was Jesus and his disciples.
