Dear Representative Setzler,
 
Here we go again…
 
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has undone the work of Republican majorities in both houses of her state legislature by issuing a veto of the plan to exercise the state’s right to run elections and require presidential candidates to prove their constitutional eligibility…
 
Can reasonable people ever expect our government to act reasonably? With the veto of the AZ bill, Gov. Brewer answers the question.
 
Most polls agree that over 60% of Americans have questions regarding the putative POTUS’s eligibility yet those who more openly demand resolution are vilified and marginalized by Soetoro’s best friends, the press, and that leaves me asking a  pertinent question…
Is the country and in turn, our State, run by “We the People” through their elected representatives or the Main Stream Media with willing accomplices inside the “Beltway” and State Capitols?

The issue is gaining momentum by the day and our Representatives continue to think it will blow over if only they ignore it and us. Now is that any way to tackle an issue? Will you acknowledge that it is an issue? If, once having been made aware of a crime  (yes, many consider this to be a crime of epic proportions) our duly elected refuse to take action, are they then complicit? Guilty of misprision?
 
Ed, There is a line that must be drawn since at last count there are now three (3) potential REPUBLICAN candidates  (Martin, who has already announced, Rubio and Jindal) that I’m aware of who may run but are Constitutionally (Article II) disallowed from doing so. This is the direct result of the failure of the elected to protect and defend the Constitution and the sanctity of our vote. You know, the “Oath of Office”, the “Contract”.
 
Three years of work to educate the masses has finally begun to pay dividends as this issue has now reached the level of National attention it so rightly deserves. No amount of derision or ignoring can now stop this train wreck from happening. Not from the press or from the various seats of Government. We will know the truth. We will know, as actions have already shown, whether our founding fathers fear of a President with “divided loyalties” is now manifest. This is the entire reason why they inserted Article II Section I Clause V”.
 
The ground above their graves grows loose from their turning.
 
I am asking for you to re-insert H.B. 401 as a rider on a bill in the next Legislative session. Do us proud Ed.
