This was a protest against San Diego funding of thousands of fraudulent caravan refugees and other similar refugees, while thousands of homeless American citizens are in severe need of help. It took place in front of a vacant courthouse that the County had recently approved for use as a refugee encampment. A number of homeless joined the protest. The protest was organized by Melinda Oporto and Amy Sutton.
This so-called refugees are taught how to pass the a low-bar, credible fear interview by their traffickers. If they have a minor with them or a minor crossing alone, the Flores Agreement requires that they be released into the US after only 20 days, with legal residency documents. A minor is anyone less that 21 years old, according to the law. It’s just a way that people can fraudulently use a legal loophole to bypass the immigration law and gain easy entry into the US. 90% of them will never obtain asylum status and will just disappear ultimately to live in the US as illegal aliens.
