Should you think it useful, you may include me as a plaintiff in any suit that you file. I cannot, however, appear in person other than for anything local in the Tampa, FL area because of heavy (if petty) demands on my time (many animals/pets that I have to care for, like a farmer, that keep me tied down these days — no complaint, for I love and enjoy them, but a reality). You have done and are doing a superb job in legal efforts to protect the US Constitution against fraud and resultant tyranny. It is ironic but understandable that you a former subject of communist despotism should as an American citizen lead the battle in defense of our Constitutional representative government against a usurper led or abetted growing socialist tyranny that many of our fellow citizens seem not to recognize. You know the face of the enemy, while most of our people do not. We American people overall do not begin to understand or appreciate what you are doing for us. I do. You have the strength of moral right and the letter of the Constitution on our side, and eventually, you will prevail. Thank you for your courage, patriotism and zeal in addressing what appears to be a horrendous political crime against our republic.

While it is a definite plus and this good coloneli s an asset in allowing his name to be placed as a plaintiff, the greater gesture would be to march in the planned washington DC rally in unform, with “other” military friends and family–which often means family of active servicemen.
The more effective gesture is to be there lending his strength and conviction to the planned gathering.
The press will no doubt malign the marchers and acorn and their fellow SS will no doubt harrass or try and provoke the marchers to juicy responses for the press to use as fodder.
But a Colonel—who is subject to recall for life- in full uniform is an impressive sight AND an impressive statement.
We are all hoping that Sept. 8th will be a banner day with Bronze Star and purple heart marine veternam Judge David carter ruling in orly’s favor. Hopefully that will be the start of the unraveling of this fake, phony and fraud usurper liar Benedict Obama aka Soetoro.
As we have truth on our side, it is still amazing that our Orly carries on like e a brave field commander in light of the wrath of God money behind this cockroach, the tidal vested interests to include the rather impervious Goldman Sachs,the unlimited leftist press that are well into RICO criminality aiding and abetting this usurper by attacking the eligibility people among other nefarious activities, and, 99& of blacks who just can’t seem to see that Obama’s mother was as white as Hillary Clinton.

Was he training to be an Indonesian diplomat? Was his traveling buddies american whites or blacks? No. His budies were Muslims as he was. Why did he stay in that dictatorship for three weeks? Playing cricket, monopoly? He entered with no problem–was he trying to get extra credit for traveling to a brutal dictatorship run country like pakistan in 1981? Big business in drugs going on there–with our entity unto themselves multitalented CIA operatives in Kabaul—coud it be that Obama had a line on drugs at that young age of 21–after all he admittted using them, and it would seem that he smoked crack in 1999 in Sinclair’s tell all book. Is it Soetoro the drug dealer coming back to the States with drugs from that sorry and confused corner of the world? You know when you go into witness protection the authorities rewrite your life and create a fabricated being with a fabricated existance. Obama is surrounded by script writers– and they fabricate bullshit like the Lincoln whistle stop itinerary and they think we fall for it–which is amazing even as our commie press–now worse than izvestia and pravda laps it up and spoon feeds it to gullible americans.
Obama is a fabrication, a nobody from nowhere, a hollow suit ineffectual community organizer–alleged- with obscure credentials and almost none existant accomplishments–where does this piece of obscure dog shit who never operated a hot dog stand have the crust to stand before GM and tell them how to run their business? Something wrong here wouldn’t you say? I would!
You know, with high compression you get intense heat. In a few months he has issued 17 executive orders and they are law!!!! The friction producing heat is coming from his high speed of motion, he is overheating our economy and society–and forget about that dounce oligath Dubya–he is gone now–(truly a moot point in history who did not even listen to his own advisors–we stanbd up fighting jews as contrasted to the waterdown assimilated american jew, would call dubya a schmuck.

But to return to massive forces- the bastards control everything in the current USA Casino–they control the hosue and they control the game and we the american public are like goofy jerks pulling on one armed bandits. the judges are making in their pants with fear over societal disruption and race war–so they are cowards who will not addrsss the pertinet issuespresented in orly’s and other’s court cases. Frivolous, they say, no stand they say–do they serve the public in administering the law or are they now policy makers–political enwemies of law and constitutional order-
The court room is now a nest for vipers–like obama legal vipers threatening the cadre of eligibility lawyers such that they have been intimidated and threatensed and thus coerced into attack the last bastion of moral strength and conviction in this area of the eligibility battle and that is ORLY–and that is why when she askes for help–give it to her like family–I mean that. I think she is in danger. She has friends and well wishers and some modest contributors, but are you ready to stand by her physically and protect her and shield her as she fights this noble quest for truth and constitutional validity and viability?
Obama will not last to the end of this year. He will either be arrested or given the chance to flee–as in a matter of time, space and charity.
2010 is rushing upon us,the DUMBacrats are getting real nervous like a herd of spooked horses after these town hall meeting of late.
The old timer CIA and wasp hardliners may have had enough of this man and his hangerson. If the WASPS running this country ( not jews, or arabs–but WASPS–OUR brahmans- men of incalculable inherited wealth and power. It may be that Obama will be contained, isolated and debilitated–as in no longer being effective or functional, shortly after the arabs and their errant oil interests and shariah banks and money floating out of overheated dubai and syria get the word to back off this guy or else–and our OR ELSE carries a bigger stick than theirs.
I sense that hillary is grasping an opportunity in getting a whif of iceberg forces moving in response or reaction to this make shift totalitarian usuper. She sees herslef as the heir apparent no doubt–and the first hint of that following Palin and martinez’s projected quits will be Hllarybstepping down as SoS—not too long after the great stain maker husband of hers saved the world by going to rescue two journalists wo were apid paricipants in a farce with Noirth Korea’s leader. All a manufactured crisis to up profile the clinton name and believe me if she gets in he –the great stain maker will be her SoS.
If Obama is forced to step down or is arrestsed or is deported, there is of course no impeachment, and the VP is a caretaker for sveral months until their are emergency elections. And that is where Hillary will reassert and try to carry on from where she left off so to speak.
Hannity and Palin–all america types- will probably run in 2012–the dems will be hurt in 2010–esp after Obama is thrown out–in whatever form that will take– a race riot will ensue beyond the ken of the federal marshals and there will be a brief period of civil unrest as in thousand sbeing killed and alot of wounded and blood flowing–federal troops will be brought in to try and quiet it down before civil war ensues, and that will inclue a racial slaughter where lines are drawn and Obama’s removal is found to be too unsettling to the blacks– as in blacks that went to the grave of a murderer of four white cops and sang his praises–believe me that kind of behavior pisses white people off–and forces whites to see themselves as whites as in distinct from that element of blacks that see themselves ad nauseum as the eternal victims of white– the white martyrs and dead in the casuse of abolition mean nothing to their stupid victimization mindset. Whe Obama is arrested , or deprted or forced to step down ( not sure what form that willl take- ), the riots will brak out all over the USA and the federal marshals will need all the help they can get in deputizing–if there is time– the 50,000,000 intensively armed whites in this country- because they will not be in a frame of mind to take too much shit from anyone anymore-

As an American, I thank you for volunteering to be yet another plaintiff in this ongoing saga. You are right, many Americans have not yet caught on to what is happening to our nation, but just as many or more are deeply involved in the ” uprising”! Take note of all of Dr. Taitz’s followers as well as the Tea Party folks around the nation. We are getting down on our knees and up on our soap boxes emulating our Founding Fathers. Copies of the Constitution are in our pockets!

It’s amazing how one person with a taste of freedom can inspire so many that have been born in freedom. When you take your freedom for granite then you can lose it and I thank you for all you are doing. I have contributed and I will contribute more as I can. Col. Blair – Dave, if I may – thank you for your service! You stated our predicament (the understatement of the century!) so well. It’s a “horrendous political crime against our republic.” Why do people not see that? We cannot have a Kenyan, or any other non-natural born citizen, as our president. It is not constitutional! And the rule was put in the Constitution for a reason – loyalty. And we see firsthand why that is so important. Because BO has no love for America, he is willing to sell it down the river to the highest bidder.
Orly, I just wanted to say I was checking out your appearance on MSNBC, and say the heading that the YouTuber used. It called you “LADY LIBERTY.” There is no more appropriate title, for your are our dear hero, who is trying to salvage our great country. Thank you and God bless you! I’m confused and frustrated about the bickering over the strategies needed, or that are being used to remove the illegal alien from America’s highest office.
On the offense we can say that the illegal alien needs to prove who he is. Therefore the illegal alien has the burden of proof to show how he is qualified to be where he is. But the plaintiff has to have standing to have the illegal alien prove he is qualified to be where he is now.
Given the arguments of justiciability and a good possibility that the SUPREMES may just conclude that they do not have jurisdiction to act , then what?
Now isn’t it possible for ANY and all citizens who die under this illegal aliens orders have their deaths reviewed by their survivors, parents wives, children…etc. Surely the latter would have ‘standing’ to bring criminal charges against the illegal alien for his illegal orders given to cause the deaths of loved ones.
