AN IDEA FOR LTC LAKIN – PLEASE HEAR ME!

Dr. Taitz,
I am a retired officer. You have my email. I remember an Armor Division Commander relieved of command for ingratiating a Court Martial – HE WAS RELIEVED of COMMAND! In other words, he brought influence into the Court Martial Board and pretty much let them know how the out come was going to be, what was admissible? He got fired. How about the Court Martial at Fort Meade – did the WH or AG get into the influence peddling business over top a military court?
Also, in Coopertown, Tennessee an Alderman was pulled out of the first business meeting last year because it was discovered and corroborated by the legal system that he failed to register as a candidate properly. The determination that “tainted” votes by an alderman elected by the people but illegally in office, would make all legally seated aldermen’s votes – ILLEGAL!!!!!! A police officer physically removed him and ejected him out of the meeting prior to voting.
We have a CIC who the public is not allowed or the military to see all of his documentation – birth certificate and school records, etc. WHY? It is because he is not American and that is very dangerous!
Maybe you could get Lakin to appeal on the grounds that he believes the Court Martial Board was ingratiated and then push again for discovery. This is surely a dangerous government if a citizen is not allowed to defend themselves fully. I know something about Courts Martial and 32 Boards for Separation, and the defendant gets every possible defense opportunity. LTC Lakin did not – by order of somebody!

Retired Officer, Lima, seems to know something about the military court. And it’s good that Lakin will “automatically” obtain appeal.
And this time, LTC Lakin, obtain the services of an attorney that is going to “go the extra mile” to protect your rights! That will do whatever “legally” can be done to protect you! Someone with a great deal of experience in this area of expertise!
And that jag judge and the other Pentagon military must understand that the American public is learning more about “all of this” as time goes by! As I just read in the paper today, that Lakin was found guilty of this “standing up for what was right”!
Trust me here…this is just the beginning of the American Public becoming educated in the “greatest ‘HOAX’ in American History!” And WND wrote another article on this “treason”:…

Do you know where we can obtain complete transcripts of Lakin’s court martial proceedings? I believe the prosecutor gave away some clue of undue command influence, but I need the full transcripts to analyze it.
