Frightening!Obama proposes a new legal regime of preventive indefinite incarceration(this is not a joke, watch the video clip)

I have to say, that Rachel Maddow was rather nasty to me and last year, when I ran for CA Sec of State, she made a whole “campaign video-Vote for Orly Taitz”, where she implied that I am a racist. So, clearly I do not have any warm and fuzzy feelings towards Rachel Maddow and MSNBC in general, however I have to admit, that she is right on one thing. “Legal regime of preventive indefinite detentions” to be instituted on the US soil, as proposed by Obama, is illegal, unconstitutional and frightening. This is worse than the Soviet Union. There people at least had a trial. The courts of course were corrupt, as many are here today, but at least, there was some accountability. What Obama is proposing today:preventive indefinite detention is an outright tyranny. Please, call your senators and urge them to vote no. (watch the clip below at link, this is really scary)

Theresa,
Way back in 2009, President Obama gave a speech in which he called
for the power to detain individuals indefinitely and without
charges. He stated his intention to create a new ‘legal regime’ to
make indefinite detention legal.
Of course, in his speech he cites Al Qaeda and foriegn terrorists.
However, now that the Senate is about to vote TODAY on a bill that
would give the President the powers he was asking for, the ACLU and
others are claiming that the bill CAN and WILL be used on American
citizens here at home.
This is kind of a red alert…

If you want a view of whats coming in Amerika, read “The Gulag.” When they come, don’t cower in the basement. Stand up and fight like real men and women! We might die, but dying on your feet fighting is better than living on your knees as slaves.

Maddow needs to make a point to this IDIOT Michingan State, junior college student that he is a COWARD and does not deserve to be an American. DEPORT this IDIOT student to IRAN immediately or maybe SYRIA would work too.

LETTER: Guest speaker policy needs to be visited

We’ve all read about the $550,000 being spent on the new Web-design, but what about more relevant information such as policies regarding guest speakers on campus? I’ve discovered a 20-year veteran employee within Central Michigan University who says there is “no formal written policy” and the whole process is “very informal.”
According to http://www.mlive.com, Terry Jones was invited by Associate Professor of Journalism Tim Boudreau to speak about his First Amendment right to ridicule Muslims. For those of you who don’t know, Jones is the Florida pastor that’s gained world recognition for burning the Quran, the Muslim bible. According to the Washington Post, this burning “incited a riot in Afghanistan resulting in a raid on a United Nations compound that left seven employees dead and protests in Kandahar that left nine dead and 90 more wounded.” Jones admits that he had considered the possibility that burning the text might elicit a violent response and that innocent people might be killed, but he still renounces any responsibility for the deaths.
The Washington Post and the Daily Caller both cite that, “Terry Jones was informed, by the FBI, that the terrorist group ‘Hezbollah’ has placed a $2.4 million bounty on his head.” In effect, we have welcomed a terrorist target to our campus for the purpose of slandering an entire religion and spreading intolerance in a higher education establishment that publicly claims to encourage tolerance and diversity.
My assignment was to write about a social policy, but perhaps we should establish a policy before we try to analyze it. Perhaps the administration here at CMU will consider the safety of its students and faculty when doing so and encourage people who preach intolerance to practice their First Amendment rights somewhere else.

We have had more to fear from our government
than from common street thugs for a long
time now. We actually pay for our own
oppression.
It is time for the “cocked and locked”
approach to this arrogant, out of control
regime.
May the Lord help us.

The point being made here is that Jones should be declared HERO vice a threat to the Michigan students safety. What the IDIOT student needs is a tour in the Israeli army so that he can learn about threats to FREEDOMS.
The student hasn’t got a clue about anything that exist in the real world. He is a DUNCE/IDIOT that has hung on mommies apron strings all of his life.
GRrrrr …to think that all who have given it all to America’s security are now followed by an IDIOT student who needs to be DEPORTED to the MID-EAST to actually know what lost freedoms are all about…and he should never be allowed to return to America. In fact this student’s thinking is a THREAT to America’s security. Is he for FREE speech oradvocating to being a coward, at best?

About using U.S. military forces against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil:
Until now, the law has been that habeas corpus and posse comitatus CAN be suspended, but only with the approval of Congress on a case-by-case basis. Section 1031 would have established that approval of Congress in advance, making it SOP for all cases.
The offending Section 1031 is no longer in the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2012, S.1867. (But Sections 1032(a)(2), 1032(a)(3), and 1036(a) still refer to Sec. 1031.) Sen. Udall’s amendment #1107 was defeated, but the subsequent removal of Sec. 1031 from the NDAA for FY2012 in effect carried out amendment #1107.
