Justice Thomas has said a few years ago that “we’re not hearing the eligibility case now” with a laughing tone. Could that be why Chief Justice Roberts is going to do it now on Jan 3rd. Remember when Obama was just elected the first time, he went to the SCOTUS and met in private with 8 of the justices while there were eligibility cases filed, and since then, there no cases have been heard. Justice Roberts was not present at that private meeting, which seems to be a conflict of interest for the court to meet with a person (Obama) who was a defendant in a pending case. Roberts went out of his way to support the Obamacare as a tax instead of throwing it out as it was written as a non tax bill. Will he finally start obeying the Constitution or betray America again? We will see.

Orly’s right. Look at how the (2) judges (female) O put there and they didn’t recuse themselves on the ObamaCare, did they? Thomas is a conservative, so we need him there! Considering that O is illegal as precedent, these (2) judges (Soto-the other one) shouldn’t even be there!

Would Obama’s nominees on the Supreme Court need to recuse themselves?
Their presence there will be in jeopardy if he is removed from office, so they have a great conflict of interest.

cq : I’d like to see Ran Paul and Allen West run on a 3rd ticket on Reagen principles and put you must be a NBC back in the platform “if” we make it untill 2016 but they won’t. The Rino party is finished b/c of Rubio. I’d be willing to forgive West on his NDAA vote. If Obama stays in I don’t think there will be a country left by 2016!

According to Lame Cherry (you can Google the links), Roberts was threatened with Child Trafficking charges for his Latin American adopted kids! We are dealing with Chicago politics on a national level!

If I recall the meeting between the Supreme Court Justices and Obama, it was Samuael Alito that was not present at that meeting. I believe that Chief Justice John Roberts was there.

You sure? I was thinking it was Alito who did not attend the meeting which was almost certainly about Obama’s ineligibility and how the Supreme Court would handle it.
The meeting was just prior to Obama being sworn in….twice.

Mrs. Taitz, Dick Armey is originally from Cando, North Dakota. I know this because my mother is from Cando, and she use to date Mr. Armey. His brother Jim still lives thier. My eldest sister and brother also live thier so I get the gossip from Sherea my sis.
