    FBI Agent W. Joseph Astarita involved in the Lavoy Finicum murder, indicted by a Grand Jury for lying and obstruction of justice. The indictment stems from a over a yearlong investigation by the U.S. Justice Department Inspector General. Federal Law forbids “knowingly and willfully” making and false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation and or concealing information.
