    This whole Ukrainian crap is nothing but total Ukrainian crap. When Catherine the Great took over the Ukraine it had not been a nation for almost a 1000 years and Ukraine never ever owned the Crimea. Simply it was owned by the Tartars and the Russians took both the Ukraine and the Crimea in direct combat. I do not remember with out looking it up but the Tartars were either Turks or Mongols from Mongolia. That is the real stupid thinking that the Ukrainians could have taken on the Mongolian or Turks from Mongolia in combat.
    The Ukrainians stole the Crimea from the Russians and the Russians stole it back.
