    Dear Orly,

From the video “Donald Trump, Meet the Press, 8-16-2015”:

Trump: 0:35: The Executive Order gets rescinded. One good thing about …(interrupted by Chuck). One good thing about…(interrupted by Chuck). We have to, we have to make a whole new set of standards. And when people come in they have to come in (interrupted by Chuck).

Trump: 0:49: Chuck, Chuck, no, no we are going to keep the families together. We have to keep the families together, but they have to go. But they have to go. We will work with them. They have to go. Chuck, either we have a country or we don’t have a country. Either we have a country or we don’t.

Trump: 1:05: The cost to do it? Look at the cost we have right now. Let me ask you this, do you think there is tremendous cost for the illegals that are in here right now?

Trump: 1:15: Tremendous. Do you think there is tremendous crime being committed by illegals? Tremendous, far greater than what … And you see it all over, just last night. All over.

Trump: 1:28: We will do it and we will expedite it so people can come back in. Chuck, Chuck, it will work out so well you will be so happy. In four years you are going to be interviewing me and you are going to say “What a great job you have done Pres….”

Non citizens often plan US births to exploit this current application of immigration law, which may be precluded by

United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), is a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court ruled that “a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a PERMANENT DOMICILE and RESIDENCE in the United States, and are there CARRYING ON BUSINESS, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China”……oddly, the latter part about diplomatic births is still in force, but when did the first stipulation about PARENTS having to be here LEGALLY get dismissed?

Perhaps there is NO LAW TO CHANGE, just the need to ENFORCE EXISTING STATUTES?
