That is OUTSTANDING news!!! I love Dr. Paul! Talk about someone who has stood for what he believes in for 30 years! I’m glad he’s interested in this because the American people (especially those in the military) deserve to at least know the truth!

Early on, Ron Paul said he did not want to bring up Obama’s citizenship in congress because he would be laughed off the floor–or words to that effect. Has he changed his mind about doing something positive or is he just politisizing around? You can never tell when a politician is being honest–they lie so much.

BO must go! He is a treasoner and he should be arrested. He has committed murder, fraud, treason, several counts of perjury and I think even identity theft. Carl at rise up for america web site is collecting criminal complaint letters to bring with him to DC next week. Military and citizens alike should all send in a criminal complaint that charges BO of commission of treason among other crimes he has committed. He is in the wrong place. He should be in jail not the white house. He is un-American and hates America and Americans. He is not representing us, just trying to kill us with his evil healthcare schemes, wherein part of the rules is for him to be able to take money from everyone’s bank acct for his reelection. How can anyone pass legislation to give the govt permission to steal from personal bank accounts. So, then that makes bank robbery legal for him. I never heard of such a thing. Ron Paul was trying to distance himself from the 9/11 issue because he was trying to get sponsors of his Audit the Fed/End the Fed bill, (READ end the IRS), which has been wildly successful this year. I would venture to say the same is true for the BC issue. Can’t blame him.
I have the utmost respect for Ron Paul. He’s a patriot rivaling Dr. Taitz. He is the ONLY one on The Hill that has been calling for an audit of the Fed, AND calling for the United States to follow the foreign policy set forth by our founding fathers since he was first elected. It has taken years for him to garner the support he now has to audit the Fed.
In years past, he’s suffered the same kind of criticism by the mainstream media as Dr. Taitz because he goes where no one else will go. Give him time, and I feel he’ll come around.

The word is spreading faster and faster all over the nation as more of the alternative media is picking up the birth fraud issue of Obama and his crimes of disregard for the US Constitution!
Obama will soon turn into a DICTATOR with ULTIMATE POWER over us with his thirty something loyal appointed CZARS that answer only to HIM, but have complete CONTROL over every aspect of OUR LIVES from birth to death. His political agendas along with his cohorts have to be stopped before it is too late! Obama does not need to be impeached; He and his cohorts in the goverment, courts and media, belong in a federal high security prison cell for their high crimes of fraud and treason on this nation!

I don’t watch Fox News Channel anymore, but someone just called me to say that on Bill O’Reily’s Show tonight he is going to talk about the birth certificate issue and that he susposedly has a copy of it. Didn’t I read somewhere on this blog in a comment that Lou Dobbs is going to a guest speaker on Bill’s show tonight? Well, unless he is a family member of BHO or BHO sent it to O’Reily himself, I wouldn’t believe the legitimacy of anything sent to him. If it’s the same ole Certificate of Live Birth, then we know all about this illegal document. Bill is just another pawn for the BHO thug gang in my opinion.

Orly, I wholeheartedly support your efforts, but please don’t put too much credence in the fact that members of Congress are now your ‘friends’ on Facebook. (I can set up a dummy account right now, and those same people would become my friends, too) It’s highly unlikely that those individuals run their Facebook accounts themselves, and they’re probably not even aware that they’re your friends. In any case, good luck, and I’m pulling for you on the BC.

I read somewhere that he certified him because he has to go strictly by the Constitution. Even though the founders did write “natural born citizen”, they made an error in not defining it in the Constitution. I guess the best place it would’ve been answered is in the Supreme Court by using early letters or Vattel’s “Law of Nations” which the founders referred to to define “natural born”. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court didn’t take the cases. Had they done so early on, it would’ve saved us a lot of problems.

Well, I had to watch Bill O’Reilly to hear what he was going to say tonight about the birth certificate issue. I’m a glutten for punishment. Turns out, listening to O’Reilly still fuels my belief that I DO NOT like him. He just laughs at the birthers and he refers to us as “crazies” still. He mocks Lou Dobbs on his quest to expose BHO and said that his ratings are down at CNN because he pursues the birth certificate issue even after his boss, Mr. Klein, at CNN doesn’t want him to talk about it anymore. Well, Mr. Bill, your ratings are on the way out, too!!!!!!! I DO NOT appreciate anyone mocking our (us patriots) quest to perserve our Constitution by exposing this imposter/usurper. Mr. O’Reilly, you are still history as far as I’m concerned and the rest of Fox News Channel as well. What in NATURAL BORN CITIZEN Mr. O’Reilly do you not understand?

There is a lot of crazy things happening with the constitution nowadays, and Dr. Paul has to tread lightly to be able to show Americans every one of them…..
First, the Birth Certificate issue is a very serious thing but not only because it is treasonous…..but because it PROVES to the American people that Obama and his Czars were selected by the Bankers thus not elected.
True, presidents in the past have been selected for that reason only……Truman in his later years, Coolidge comes to mind when we think of Presidents who couldn’t prove their “citizenship” loyalty…
But never as blatant and in your face as Obama that is…He’s a fraud, and the conservatives KNOW all this yet you have to be careful….it’s more explosive than 9-11 and you can bet your diddy you’ll be ridiculed & painted as a crazy person.
But it’s real, because OBAMA isn’t president of the United States of America.
The truth is Obama is president of the UNITED STATES INC. in all caps, which is a private, industrial corporation – the same blight on our nation as the Federal Reserve actually.
Obama is the Bank Czar, he is the President of the Federal Reserve Incorporated called UNITED STATES INC. just like similar presidents such as Lyndon Johnson were only presidents of UNITED STATES INC.
Since UNITED STATES INC. is a fictitious entity, it can not LEGALLY be treated as a person!!!! And it was desecration of our constitution to ever treat this syndicate as a person.
It is a cartel, plain and simple. And we are not a deMOCKRacy we are a constitutional republic of states. By handing over all our power to the banking monolith, which now very carefully the Good Doctor has cornered, we basically handed over our sovereignty forever.

Obama made it clear at a Health Care talk with AARP that the pharmaceutical companies are part of the health care high expenses. He thought it was great that they would negotiate 37% less in their prices, with government insurance. Obama said the insurance companies were guilty of driving up the costs and needed competition from the government. My question is why are the insurance companies blamed, and not the pharmaceutical companies who milk the government cow for research money and then milk the public again for overpriced medications. If any pharmaceutical company receives any kind of government help for research, then their prices should be regulated by the government and price gouging made illegal. Health care products made for profit are millking the government Medicaid and Medicare programs. Health care is usually service oriented with nonprofit hospitals, and we need nonprofit medication companies who create the products and make minimal profit and be attached to the hospitals.
Obama also said that “the government would pay for hospice.” Wait a minute….I thought hospice was a free service. Maybe I am wrong, but it looks like the government sees another area they want ot grab hold of.
Egads……why is Obama still allowed to talk on TV?

Dear Orly, I recently came across something that may be of interest to you that I received in the mail the other day.
It has been publicly reported that as far back as 2006, Mr. Obama
had a relationship with a law firm that was researching ways around the Article 2 requirements of the Constitution — the natural born clause — that he so desperately tries to hide from.
We must continue to Defend The Constitution and all that America stands for.

Your responce to 12th Generation American is not entirely accurate. The fact of the matter is that during the collection of the electorials, V.P. Chenney had a procedual responcibility to ask if there are any objectios(challenges) from the States, he did not. It is for this reason and failure to follow his sworn oath and congressional durty that sparked off the legal suit of Mario Appuzo and Leo Donofrio (in part)…
However, any State could have refused to yeild thier electoriates with a simple challenge, “we honorably ask this congess to properly vet this canidate prior to receiving our State electoriates.”…… They did not and is also the reason why the entire congress is listed as a defendant in the law suit, as they failed as well.
This alone would have set off an immediate investigation and Obama would of had no choise but to turn over any and all documents requested by congress. Assuming that he did not have any dual nationalities, and Assuming that he did not sign up as a foreign student or accepted foreign aid and the only issue was his NBC question, it would have went to the SCOTUS for immediate remedy. No civilian law suits would have been necessary and time would not have been lost.
Ron Paul, when asked by his constitutes on this issue, he clearly stated “It is my (Ron Paul) belief that Mr. Barack Obama is in fact a Constitutional Natural Born Citizen and therfore, I find no reason to withhold the electoriates.”…..
Having said that, Ron Paul professes that he is a constitutionalist and an expert within it. If he doesn’t understand this and congressional procedures, then like the rest of them, he needs to go.
In my opinion, they all simply feared him, the DNC, Media, and the people that voted BO in, and would be ridiculed and called racists. For this they failed to do their duty and responsibility.
Being a LEADER is not about avoiding ridicule, it is about doing what is right… Anynoe who is a parent or in management knows this, as it is character that makes great leaders…
This whole mess could have been avoided…. Ron Paul was and is a coward like the rest of congress that failed the American people.

Had Ron Paul stood up and protested Hussein’s eligibility when the Electoral Votes were being counted, along with just one member from the Senate and Orly Taitz and many other Americans would not have to be working for an early Obama retirement.
That’s all it would have taken, folks, just two people in congress and Obama would never have become POTUS.
I was a Ron Paul fan for many years until the last ‘deception’ – pardon me, I meant to say ‘election’.

I also wish something had been done when the electoral votes were being counted or cast. I was upset about it all as well. I’m only repeating what I had read as to the reason he hasn’t done anything. He’s right in that the Constitution does not define what a “natural born citizen” is. We all know what it means but legally, it wasn’t defined in the Constitution. It just says “natural born citizen”. But I’m with you in that I wish someone prior to the primaries had done something….or before the electoral votes were cast….or when counted….or before Obama took the oath…..etc etc. I am so saddened that it seems only a handful of attorneys and Americans have had the guts (now millions) to say anything about Obama. I couldn’t figure out why all the fear. We do need new guards in Washington and I certainly am going to do everything I can to vote for those who respect the Constitution. Thanks William.

Well, it’s looking like the momentum is certainly picking up, pretty fast from where I am sitting.
As a UK’r it is a relief to read this website and see this tide of change progressing. Let’s hope it continues, and it leads to you sorting out this mess in the WH, before it is too late.
