Federal judge finds that Obama’s DACA is illegal, but wants DHS to provide a better reason for repealing it. Note from Orly: isn’t the fact that the program is illegal is a good enough reason to repeal it? I believe the Supreme Court will overturn this decision and might find the decision by this judge to be completely baseless and incomprehensible and possibly they’ll find it to be unbelievable stupid. SCOTUS is likely to find that Trump was within his right to repeal DACA just as he was within his right to declare a travel ban

Another judge who makes decisions by what he thinks and not the constitution. He should be charged with treason! First, DACA is not law, is a presidential act and as such it can be done away by the next president like democraps presidents have done in the past with GOP past presidents acts. These imbeciles should be impeached and removed from the bench for breaking the separation of powers as provided by the constitution and the founding fathers. Every time a libtard judge claims that the Constituion is outdated or an evolving document they should be reminded what Thomas Jefferson said, “On every question of construction (of the Constitution) let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.” (Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Johnson, June 12, 1823, The Complete Jefferson, p. 322).
