    Hoping for the best but it does seem when Obama’s team counters your filings is where they seem to get denied.

    What is known about Englund and his prior rulings?

    When is your reply brief due? Thete are a lot of cases cited by the defendants. Do you need help with research?

    Is it possible to use their response to the subpoenas against them since they did acknowledge receipt of them in their reply?

    Just read all of the responses. The judge will grant more time and he will dismiss the TRO based on their arguments, especially the constitutional arguments. Maybe better to stipulate and have more time to figure out next steps.

    I can’t believe that they used the Privacy Act against your subpoenas. BO put out all that bogus garbage to the public. His SSN is stolen from a dead person, so that is public domain too. BO is the biggest criminal ever. He is worse than Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, and the worst notorious criminals all put together.
