I see obots writing time and again about Arpaio’s subpoena being vague. In his subpoena Arpaio is saying “it is my belief that forgery and fraud was likely committed.” What obots are saying is that Arpaio is not saying that “forgery and fraud were committed”. They also argue that if Arpaio would be sure that Obama is using forged docs, he would submit his report to DA. I know they will argue the same in court. For that reason it is very important for you to contact Arpaio and demand that he file an application/petition for warrant for search and seizure and warrant to appear for questioning.

When Arpaio files his application, an Arizona judge would issue it and this Arizona warrant can be submitted to the sherigff’s department in HI with request of reciprocity, to conduct the search of the Health department and assist with questioning Onaka, Fuddy, Corley, Bauer and Obama. If HI sheriff’s department is corrupt (very possible), they can go to court.

Arpaio might suspect that his local Maricopa county judges are as corrupt as many other judges around the country, who were complicit with Obama, however, he has to at least submit an application/request for a warrant.

similarly he has to submit his report/criminal complaint to the district Attorney for prosecution. He might suspect that his DA is as corrupt as others, that his DA might not have integrity of character to prosecute the claim, but it it his duty to submit the report. If DA is corrupt, we will proceed from there, but as of now the ball is in arpaio’s back yard.

It is true that Arpaio is being attacked by Obama’s regime. It is true that this psycho by name Paraz (or something like it) is stirring  crouds of deadbeats to intimidaate Arpaio, however, this is more of a reason to act, to expose our criminal in chief, submit criminal complaint to DA and have him prosecuted

    Of course Arpaio won’t do that. He would open himself up to perjury charges. He is playing you all for a fool.

    You use the word “demand” too much. A request might meet with a better response.

    Orly, it isn’t just obots seeing this. The truth is Arpaio and his team use very cagey language. They deliberately hedge every claim in their documents, always giving themselves an escape hatch.

    Now that Gary Kreep is a judge in San Diego, why don’t you file charges against Obama in his court? He knows the right legal arguments. You don’t have to be on his side there. All you have to do is file a criminal complaint in his court (maybe also file charges against Judge Reid in Indiana and Judge Malihi in GA for complicity) and let him carry the ball from there. We already know he is on our side.

    I think you should put aside your dislike for Gary and do this. The ball is in YOUR backyard. You should put the ball in Gary’s driveway. Let him rule according to the law. I don’t think he can be gotten to.

    no, I do not believe Kreep is on our side. He was not confirmed as a judge yet, bar complaint against him was filed. He might never be confirmed or might be removed after some time pursuant to the bar complaint.
    I am sure you know that I will not be filing anything in his courtroom, if he ever gets a courtroom. You are welcome to do so, and you are welcome to see that he will do nothing. But then, of course, you already know this, as you are an obot trying to get me in trouble

    I thought I saw a post within the last (2) weeks that discussed how Arpaio was supposed to be working (with) or (for) the FBI? But why, (if) that is true?

    And how long have you been reading Orlys’ Site, Margarite? I think Orly has “ferreted” out your real agenda! No one but a nwo supporter asks that type of inquiry! Shame!
