Extremely important, join me and support me in challenging Obama in the early primary state of NH

Posted on | November 13, 2011 | 24 Comments

This is extremely important. New Hampshire is an early primary state and it allows anyone to challenge a candidate on the ballot. You do not have to be a resident of NH. We have to capitalise on this opportunity.

I put a lot of work and a lot of sleepless nights in gathering all the information and exhibits.

In the post below you will find a total of 87 pages in PDF files and a docx version of the complaint.

You will find a complaint, challenging Obama’s legitimacy on the ballot, 66 pages of exhibits, containing sworn affidavits and documents, showing Obama using a forged birth certificate and a fraudulently obtained CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was not assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. You will find a certified mail tracing number and a blank form for you to fill out. On the form you can state, that you want to join the challenge filed by Attorney Dr. Orly  Taitz.

As you know, I will have to travel to HI for the third time. It is extremely expensive. I might need to travel to NH.  All of this work takes a lot of time and effort. I hope you will support this effort to remove Obama from the ballot early on in this primary by donating to either “Defend Our Freedoms foundation” or to “Orly Taitz for US Senate 2012″  .

We need at least one person with a backbone in the Senate. While I got donations for the foundation, so far I collected only about $1,400 for the campaign. Registration is $3,420. I will need to spend $6,500 for the full candidate statement on the ballot. I need to start printing brochures, fliers and bumper stickers.

If you have means and can donate $10,000 needed to jump start the effort, it will be greatly appreciated. If you can donate $1,000 or $500 or $250 or whatever amount you can, it will be appreciated. As you know, nobody does anywhere near the amount of work, that I am doing to remove Obama from office. I am putting in time, sweat and tears. I will appreciate your support.

I don’t see how you are going to be able to keep fighting in the courts and run for the senate at the same time. A campaign is a full-time commitment and unless you are willing to commit full time, I don’t see anyone forking over $10,000. You don’t appear serious.

    Hi Orly,

Thanks for all your hard work on the Obama fraud cases.

I’m commenting because I want to suggest something about your position on free trade.

When you present a case in court you have to provide evidence. When you say Obama is committing social security fraud you provide the evidence. When you say his birth certificate is a forgery you provide evidence.

When you say that imports from China are bad for the US economy you also need to provide evidence because many conservatives, your base of support, don’t agree with that. Particularly if you are soliciting donations from around the nation and votes in California for your run for congress. I believe most conservatives are in favor of free trade.

If you want more people to support you, financially and with their votes, you ought to provide evidence that there is a cause and effect relationship between imports from China harm the US economy. Imports from China allow poor people to buy clothes, household items, and many other things at a lower price. American companies also import parts from China that makes American products less expensive when sold around the world. This actually creates jobs. The US economy is flexible. If cheap imports mean one aspect of American industry can’t compete, then the creativity and industriousness of Americans will adapt and put their efforts into other products, or use those inexpensive imports in a creative way to produce something new.

There are many theoretical arguments on both sides of the free trade issue. They are complicated and may be controversial even among economists. But, if you want support from conservatives I think you will need to provide evidence to support your stance. Additionally if you are elected to congress you personally should want to be certain your votes on issues are for the good of the country and so you ought to be concerned yourself that you understand the evidence backing your stance on the issues.

    Thanks

Holy cow, Malva thinks you don’t appear to be serious? What is stopping Malva from joining the concerned citizens in NH primary? It is great that you don’t have to live in NH to do that. I am joining. Thank you for spreading the information, thank you for seekeng the truth.

25-30 million Americans unemployed or underemployed is an undeniable side effect of free trade with cheep labor countries like China, Brasil, India, next will be other Pacific rim countries, that antiAmerican puppet Obama is pushing.
Listen to Romney, Trump, Savage, former governor of LA Buddy Roemer: what we are seeing is called a predatory practice. First US industries are destroyed by cheep products from China, later the prices are gradually raised. I went to the department store yesterday and bought a pair of pants for $100. Those pants were $100 before and porbably cost the manufacturer $50 to be manufactured in the U.S. Later the prices went down, as manufacturing costs $10per pair in China (or possibly $1). Now these pants are $100 again, with the owner of the factory making $90 profit insead of $50 on each pair and thousands of American workers are unemployed, unable to support their families and pay their mortgages, the rest of us are paying wellfare and food stamps to support these displaced workers and their families

First, let me point out that I’m john, not John. That said, there aren’t “25-30 million Americans unemployed”, Orly. That’s 10% of the total population; unemployment is around 9% of the labor force, or about 13 million people.

  10. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    November 14th, 2011 @ 8:13 am

if you count people, who were forced to take part time jobs or ones who stopped looking, it is estimated 25-30 million

  11. hippybiker
    November 14th, 2011 @ 8:39 am

You are 100% correct, Orly. john forgets that when a unemployed person looses his/her benefits, they are taken off the rolls so they don’t show up as unemployed. This is a very weaselly accounting trick that the government uses to skew the numbers. Very weaselly, indeed!

  12. Paul Jackson
    November 14th, 2011 @ 10:27 am

So the unemployment rate is then between 16% and 19% of the approximately 158 million U.S. work force.

  13. dr_taitz@yahoo.com

    which confirms my numbers

  14. Paul Jackson
    November 14th, 2011 @ 11:38 am

It merely confirms your numbers. In other words, if your 25-30 million unemployed is a correct number that would be the percentage of unemployed of the U.S. work force.

It does not, however, confirm your numbers are correct.

At 9% the number would be slightly over 14 million unemployed.

  15. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    November 14th, 2011 @ 11:40 am

9% is an artificial number, which means nothing, it does not count millions of long term unemployed. It is another trick of our corrupt government

  16. Paul Jackson
    November 14th, 2011 @ 12:11 pm

Orly, we seem to be talking at cross purposes here. I’m not arguing with your numbers merely pointing out what percentage of the work force you claim are unemployed.

All I’m saying is there are approximately 158 million people that comprise the entire U.S. work force. That includes employed, unemployed, part-time employed, ill and could not work for a period of time, quit looking for work or never have looked for work, etc.

If one accepts that figure, the 25-30 million unemployed, no matter the category of unemployed, equates to 16% to 19% of that entire work force.

Yes, indeed. And they’re been using that same trick for 50 years or so.

  18. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    November 14th, 2011 @ 4:23 pm

wouldn’t you agree that it is time for real numbers?

  19. John Reilly
    November 14th, 2011 @ 10:33 pm

The “unemployment rate” has nothing to do with how many people are receiving unemployment insurance. Nothing.

The real numbers are available at the website of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, including people who are unemployed, underemployed, and folks who have stopped looking.

The 9% number is the number of unemployed, but does not include underemployed and the stopped looking categories.

The current methodology dates back 50 years.

As I said, the numbers are all there. It is very discouraging, but not hidden at all. All of the numbers are in a press release put out by the LS every time the numbers are updated.

  20. Paul Jackson
    November 15th, 2011 @ 4:03 am

Depending on one’s definition of “real,” yes.

An unemployment rate is far more complicated that just including those who are statistically part of the work force who are not employed.

  21. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    November 15th, 2011 @ 6:07 am

so, what is it in your opinion?

  22. Bart Piscitello
    November 17th, 2011 @ 1:25 am

Stop wasting my time with unemployment numbers and concentrate on the one unemployment number that I want to see.
    “The unemployment of obama”

Hope everything is going well with Orly and I admire her will and courage in her pursuit of truth and justice.
It’s like climbing the Zugspitz in Nike sneakers.

What Dr.Taits needs now is an infusion of moneyto pay for the hugh expenses that are coming her way.
Campaigns don’t come cheap. They are paid for by donations, personal sacrifice and dedicated work.
Orly has provided all of the above, and hundreds of hours, personal sacrifice of her family and health.
NOW is the stragetic time to prime the pump.
Start with a $10.00 donation and then each month send in another .
By the end of the year, you’ll have only sent in $120.00
The cheapest investment you’ll ever make to get rid of the scourge that has infected America; obama.
Many of us can send more; she certainly could use it. Her trips to HI are expensive; and maybe, just maybe something will come out of it.
It will take a lot of money, not labor statistics to win our cause.
Since we don’t use tactics like “occupy Wall Street, or Oakland protests, we must use the good ole American dollar to make Orly’s voice heard.
HR822 was just passed in the House; now goes to the Senate,
We need Dr.Taitz, and people like Vally, Lakin, and Cook.; followed by 2nd ammendment pieces of legislature like HR822.
Good luck orly, God bless your cause, and God bless the people who donate to her cause.
Perhaps your donation will buy you a ticket to heaven.

I believe US is a corporation, Constitution is suspended because of STATE OF EMERGENCY since Civil War, no peace treaty, US is bankrupt since 1933. Orly, are you ready to be a senatewoman just like fake congresswoman Gifford ?

correct that I am wrong- military flags in courts. You have to go to district court of US in Washington DC , which is constitutional court ( article 3), they do not have military flag .
