Hmm..

Let’s see if U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan on August 22nd,
1) gets any reply,
2) delay for an extra size large brief,
3) postponement request,
4) someone broke their toe and we had to change lawyers..better yet
5) the current lawyer resigns and the next lawyer needs time to get up to speed on responding
6) or the Judge has to go to a funeral because that is what happens alot with these Judges who are close to a ruling..much like Judge Lambert who is still 365+ from not ruling on something that should have been ruled on multiple months ago.
7) or hopefully Judge Emmet will do the right thing…We will see..
I’m sure you all can add on more excuses as we have seen in these cases…what appears to be a joke in a black robe.. Joke Holland, Joke Jackson, Joke England, Joke Lambert…
Probably WW3 will interfere with all the 120 lawyers that Barry Soetorah has working on all the court cases outstanding.

Obama said “if I had a son he’d look just like Michael Brown.”

Don’t forget joker Malihi (spelling?)
In reading the synopsis of what transpired during that hearing, this low-life was the ‘cream of the crop.’ I was absolutely incensed, that this ‘man- of- the law’ was so flagrantly unlawful.
He should be disbarred, or whatever the penalty is for deliberate sabotaging of a court case, esp. one concerning our national security.
The other judge who deserves a job cleaning restrooms, was the one who shafted Terry Lankin, the military doctor.
If there were a contest entitled ‘The most corrupt judge in America,’ they would all win.

Rod: didn’t he also say that about Trayvon (the Hoodie)?

Precisely Davey! Here we go all over again. Hussein & Holder have once again chosen sides in a case before they even know what the facts are. They have already dispatched the same rabble rousing groups against the cop that they did against Zimmerman. People are now privvy to their racist agenda.

BTW, a candlelight vigil is being organized and all who are planning on attending are being encouraged to bring along Swisher Sweet Cigars to be lit and smoked in remembrance of Brown. I guess it’s the same as wearing a hoodie for Trayvon.
