Things are starting to fall apart. They can’t even do a cover up right. In case you haven’t seen it, you should check out the site at the bottom. It shows the deceit they used in presenting his “passport”.

These travel office employees had better think about coming clean. Once he is gone, there is no more protection. They are in violation of the Federal General False Statement Act (18 U.S.C. 1001 ), specifically :

whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—

(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years.

By doing what they did, the employees are in violation of this section.

Left wing Huffington Post reports, that switch to Republican congress will mean an “Orly Taitz in every subcommittee.” Well. it may be a problem for them, but “An Orly Taitz in every subcommittee” might mean a cleaner running government. With an illegitimate president and 300 trillion in unfunded obligations, they might need “an Orly Taitz in every subcommittee” to clean up the mess. What do you think?

    This is very, very good news to us Americans. I suggest the FBI go in and start cleaning out all of these agencies. Then I also suggest that the violations be made public along with prison sentences. Make an example of all of these people for the future.

    All they have to do is to simply start ENFORCING our Constitution.

    God Bless

    Usurpation of the Presidency is an act of war against America and our Constitution. It is a coup d’tat. This is high treason. Treason is a capital crime. All those who participated in or are covering up for Obama are complicit in this treasonous act of war. The list is a long one. The time to stand united against this coup d’tat is now. May our nation and our Constitution prevail.

    Just checked out that site listed for the passport video. WHAT A GREAT SITE !!!! They caught the bandits in the White House red handed. I verified myself all the screenshots ( especially the ones on the end with frame intervals ) and they are all 100 percent accurate. You should list this under your Blogroll so more people can see it when they first come on your page. People have to see the evidence that they were intentionally mislead by the White House .

    Isn’t falsifying a passport a federal crime?

    Technically, there is no proof that he falsified or made any changes to the passports. What the analysis shows was they were using 2 separate passports ( both of which could be legit ) in the video. What they “falsified” was the video, making it look like it was just one passport. Of course by doing that, they are covering “up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;” of something that is on the second passport ( the diplomatic one- which has all the indications of being his current passport ). Now, the only info on the page that the other passport used to show the close up is Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth. So one can only conclude that one of those fields don’t match in the diplomatic passport ( his current one ).

    The other passport ( the one used for the closeup ) could have had inaccurate info on it that was “corrected” when he was issued his new one. So that doesn’t necessarily mean it was altered.

    On the other hand, I do notice that they never show the full passport when they show the closeup page. If it was an expired passport, the right hand corner would be clipped off ( which you never see ). Anything could be done to alter an expired passport ( say change some info ) and nobody would be the wiser, although that would be tough with the security features in place. Plus if you are going to alter one piece of info, you might as well alter the Date of Issue instead of having to blur it out. So the passport used for the closeup was probably a valid one ( most likely expired ) that had “inaccurate” info on it that had to be corrected for his current one.

    Even a full view of an expired passport could have been shown. IT would have been more believable than what they did. Again, the video raised more questions than answers portraying more fraud.
