    Question:…

    why wouldn’t the baking process kill off all of the bad bacteria, while cooking?

    The heat is supposed to be so hot, that I find it hard to believe that this product could still show signs of raw flour (after) the cooking process!

    WOW TWO
    The raw form would be eating cookie dough or licking the cake batter clean from the spoon before cooking.
    Also cross contamination is possible via hands and utensils, counters, and cutting boards, etc.
    The rules that apply to safe handling of raw meat are probably a good practice.
