   For years people have wondered even assumed HUMA was a Muslim Brotherhood plant financed by Saudi Arabia.

   Huma, married to a Jew and “this close” at all times to a major political figure in the USA and possible POTUS, is the perfect embodiment of TAQIYYA to promote “the Cause” of Western Islamization.

   Because of the many questions about Huma and her security clearance, or lack thereof, I am posting this again:

   Answer:

   Security clearances are not mandated for the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices, or other constitutional officers.

   The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment, no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.

   As Commander-in-Chief, the President has the authority to establish the standards for access to classified national security information. This authority is typically exercised through the issuance of executive orders. Executive Order 13467, which covers suitability checks and security

   My summary of the above: Once the presidency is usurped by an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist that person can then appoint anyone they want to see any information they want them to see. That is exactly what happened with Barry Soetoro. This explains how Huma, Valerie Jarrett, members of the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama’s Czars, including admitted Communist Van Jones and many others in the Obama regime who could never pass a security background check, including Obama himself, are nonetheless given access to anything they want to see by the current putative president.

   If what you say is true about security clearance procedure exemption for constitutiona officers why does this not come up in the arguments concerning the qualification of Obama’s eligibility as well as Cruz’s? Members of Congress do not have be natural born citizen s as well. This seems to be a contradiction.

    I am not sure what you are saying about Obama’s eligibility, but yes, what I am saying about requirements for a security background check is true and easy to back up with various documents. This is a link to E.O. 13467. signed in June of 2008 bu GWB and mandated by Congress to be in effect by January, 2009, Just in time for Barry.

    Section 1.3, (g) from the executive order:

    This is something that should not be allowed: that someone who is like O and Cruz…they should not be allowed to sit in Congress, as well.

    They are still NOT eligible to sit in the WH, so why would we allow them to sit in Congress in order to help some foreign power????

    IMO, this needs to be changed, to read ONLY those who are natural born citizens, and legally immigrated foreigners, who take the Oath to defend America, would be allowed to sit in the Hallowed Halls of Congress!
