   This just makes me sick. they have the money to fund this garbage but can’t give us seniors on Social Security a decent cost of living increase. Those scum never paid anything but we paid in all our lives, at the point of a gun, I might add.

   So, WHO in our government is making and AUTHORIZING this planned implosion which prepares the way for the Caliphate by using ACORN and LA RAZA stooges?

   I was one in the class action suit for years 2009-2012 and just got my check. 40 bucks. Why does La Raza get the money?

   Is this against the law. Why would he give t his money to Acorn and La Raza. What did they do to deserve this money. He is giving awaw our (taxpayer) money to whom ever he wants. the scumbag.

   If it is unconstitutional where are the defenders of the Constitutional? Oh I see, Boehner and his minions have to short stop any such meaningful action first with a courtesy warning.

   Instead of blindly accepting this information, I would like to ask where the “proof” is that the money mentioned actually went to Acorn and La Raza? Where are the headquarters and to whom did the money go to? Give the address. Also if Congress is the one allocating funds, who gave this money to the DOJ to do what is being said was done…money given to Acorn and La Raza? I think it is really important to know the facts. I would like to see the actual proof of the transfer of money to these organizations. I am not for this at all but I have learned that knowing the facts and seeing the proof to share is vitally important. I am sure there are “bad” deals made all the time. Rather than take “hear-say,” please give out the information which leads to these accusations. None of this would surprise me but having the facts is vital. Thank you. Barbara

   Barbara – This is a racket that DOJ has been conducting for several years, and has been reported several times by the ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice). They file suit against a bank or retail business, then they settle, and DOJ uses the settlement money to contribute to radical, leftist organizations and environmental groups instead of putting the money back in the treasury where it would (and should) benefit the taxpayers. Another business they ‘settled’ with was the Gibson Guitar Co., after they raided it for a contrived reason. The DOJ apparently ‘launders’ the money by funneling it through the ENRD (Environment and Natural Resources Division) which then provides the funds to the selected beneficiary.

   The authors of the book, “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department,” (National Review’s John Fund, and former presidential appointee to the FEC, counsel to the assistant attorney general for civil rights in the Justice Department and current Senior Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, Hans von Spakovsky) describe this division as being full of the second most crazy and ideologically driven lawwyers of any part of the DOJ, behind the Civil Rights Division. Additionally, they clearly point out that the DOJ and the EPA have engaged in collusive litigation to fund the budgets of liberal organizations, using their clever ‘sue and settle’ policy (which allows the Obama administration to thwart Congress, the businesses affected by such legislation, and the public to whom such regulatory costs are ultimately passed). In other words, the lawsuits and resulting settlements provide the DOJ an end run around the normal rule-making process.

   I would recommend that you read that book for further information.

    What is different about the US government shakedown versus mafia or other organized crime shakedowns? Answer – nothing. Both involve leaders that belong in federal prison. Generally speaking, the American people are among the most ignorant people in the world for electing an unknown for president with a very secret past and for Democrats who for the most part will sell out the country on a moment’s notice for the benefit of their party.
