    Goldsmith appointed by Obama in 2010 – Stein was looking for a judge like this, and found him

    His name is Paul Diamond. He was appointed by George W Bush.

    Paul S Diamond, a GWB appointee.

    I can’t believe that the attorneys for Trump can’t get this stopped?

    Don’t know the name of the judge, but will try to find out, Orly.

    And what happens here, again, with the time frame if they don’t have time to complete the recount, by the 13th? Will Trump lose votes (popular & electoraL)?
