YOU THINK! In the “lawsuit” filed by Boehner against the executive branch for abuse of power (specifically ObamaCare changes directed by Obama himself without consulting with Congress), BARACK OBAMA IS NOT NAMED AS A RESPONDENT! BOEHNER HAS BETRAYED HIS OWN CONGRESS, AND, BY EXTENSION, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. McConnell has always been way too “politically correct,: i.e. whichever way the political winds blow is the path he takes. God help us. Our “representatives” won’t! Tom Arnold.

Leadership of Congress does not want to challenge anything Obama does which could put even more pressure on them to impeach, something they want to avoid at all cost.
Congress, both parties, removed the possibility of ever impeaching “Obama” when they knowingly assisted and allowed an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist to become the putative president. They, especially leadership, committed treason at the highest possible level. What could be more treasonous than giving control of America’s military, including her nuclear weapons, to the enemy? Leadership of Congress refused to investigate or even discuss the possibility Obama might be anything but legitimate because the penalties for high level treason are very severe. Congress number 1 goal is to get to January, 2017 with Obama still officially considered a legitimate president. They will do nothing that could endanger that goal and impeachment is one of those things, no matter what the stated cause of impeachment is. This is why Obama was not impeached years ago and it is why excuse after excuse is being made not to impeach now. It’s the reason for Boehner’s lawsuit, which was done because of demands to do SOMETHING….but Boehner and the Repubs can carefully control what is released to the people in a lawsuit. Impeachment would not be a quiet little by the book endeavor, it would revisit, “Who is Barry Soetoro?” at a time when love of The One is nowhere near what is was in 2008/2009. The race card has been way overused and Alinsky has also been over played……..Congress does not act because the time is ripe for the truth about Barry and they do not want to send themselves to prison or worse by doing anything that even “might” reveal the truth and have it acted on. Therefore, no impeachment no matter what Barry does and Barry can dare the Republicans to impeach him because he knows they never will….and why. There is a reason for the smirk on Obama’s face, he knows he is protected from impeachment by the complicity of Congress in the biggest fraud in history.
Congress protects Obama to protect themselves.

Boehner has just got to be a criminal. It must be true what White Hat Reports… or whatever the name… said about him, that he took huge payoffs a few years ago to keep him silent.
IT IS NOW TIME TO OFFICIALLY SPLIT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE!
The democrats will capture Washington and state houses in perpetuity anyway, what with legalization, so what’s the difference?????
If we’re gonna go down, we might as well go swinging.
Those filthy, blood-stained repugnicans… QUISLINGS!! Vichy Regime traitors!!

If this is true, then, the House needs to select another leader, asap!
