    Are some our Congressional representatives mentally incompetent and should be expelled from Congress? Based on recent actions i. e. Nancy Pelosi (71), Maxine Waters (79), John McCain (81) and others (Dianne Feinstein?) need to be sued in order to undergo extensive incompetence examinations.

    Through the years, a handful of lawmakers—at least five senators and 14 congressmen—resigned as potential expulsion loomed, exiting Congress before the end of their terms.

    What is considered legally incompetent?
    A person who is diagnosed as being mentally ill, senile, or suffering from some other debility that prevents them from managing his own affairs may be declared mentally incompetent by a court of law. When a person is judged to be incompetent, a guardian is appointed to handle the person’s property and personal affairs
    Counts have found that competency assessment tests are deemed valid and that reliable tests can measure knowledge and skills required for a job.

    The courts have also held that, a defendant is deemed to be legally incompetent if he or she was unaware of what he or she was doing when the offense was committed or, even if the defendant knew what he or she was doing, that defendant was incapable of understanding that what they were doing was wrong.

    Let’s get the ball rolling and drain incompetent swamp creatures from the pond and start initiating law suits to determine if our congressional members are indeed competent.
