    Let’s not jump the gun on this officer. Tho, Fla. may be different, my son is a deputy sheriff in Md. and they teach them at the academy that on a mass shooter call if you are the officer at the scene you wait for back up and then enter the building as a team, so this guy may had been following procedures.

    they said that the procedure was to go in and confront and kill the shooter and save lives

    I can see him being fired, but not prosecuted.
