    Sounds good, but why would the Defense stipulate to discovery? We know discovery is what Obama wants to prevent at all costs.

    Leo of Haffey
    Poor Leo sits in a jail cell tonight
    Wondering if anyone cares;
    No lawyer to help him sort it all out
    He just sits there alone and stares.
    How could this ever have happened
    To a man who did nothing wrong?
    It took but a moment for him to see;
    Something he knew all along.
    There are those in our land who are evil;
    And those who will do you no harm;
    For daring to stand up for what is right;
    For reaching to sound the alarm.
    In Chicago, we call them “thugs,”
    In New York, we call them “gangs,”
    But in the South, are the devil’s seed;
    Well-armed with horns and “fangs.”
    They lie and cheat and steal your life;
    With smiles upon their faces;
    The Angels of the Lord are prey;
    In the courts and other places.
    One false move, one spoken phrase;
    Will alert them every time;
    They move in fast and take you down;
    And charge you with a crime.
    Without further ado and little fanfare;
    They arrest you without cause;
    Until the hearing you will not know;
    What you did to give them pause.
    Witnesses rise up against you;
    Who couldn’t possibly know the truth;
    But they don’t care; so just beware;
    There’s no need for a super sleuth!
    We know what you did and so do they;
    There is nothing to your defense;
    We’re in charge in this here town;
    And there is no recompense!
    So Leo of Haffey, we find you guilty;
    Of the charges set heretofore;
    It matters not what your victim says;
    We have proof, and that’s the score.
    Not so fast says Fred of the FBI;
    Leo’s my client and in my care;
    If I were you, I’d mind my words;
    And tread carefully if you dare.
    Here is my list of requirements;
    Look it over and heed my words;
    Before the sun rises in the East;
    Leo will take flight with the birds!
    Linda

    Hey Dr. Orly,
    I have been concerned since the campaign about the elected President and his RIGHT to be in control of our Country. Many issues he brings to light somehow don’t sit easy with me. For instance, prolonging the shipment of troops to Mr. McCrystal. He (Obama) wrote in his book, “if the winds blow against the muslim nation, I will stand with them.” Quite a scary thought. I follow you and your progress on line. I truly would enjoy contributing to the cause, however, I am one of the thousands of people who have lost jobs. Take care, be safe, and may God protect you on your journey.
