    The US Attorney should be serving some time in prison for illegally representing a candidate for presidency. What’s anything have to do with someone serving prison time that makes them not credible? Obama is a criminal who should be serving prison time, yet they want to dismiss fraud and identity theft. What a crock. They can’t disprove that the document that the usurper put forth is a fraud and forgery, so all they have is dismiss and technicalities. I say that the judge should not dismiss it and finally go forth with the arguments. US Attorney opinion and answer should be dismissed because they shouldn’t be representing a candidate.

    For 4 years we have been dealing with him and he continues to get away with everything! I’ve come to the conclusion that no matter what any of us do, we are now wasting our time. I am so frustrated over all of this and the direction our country has gone, it makes me cry. There are so many people that laugh at me tell me I’m racist, and tell me just wait when we change the constitution so he can serve a third time. I know our senate, congress, and judges know that he is not legal, and lies, but yet they fear him so much. WHY? I’m to the point that I’m ready to give up 🙁

    if you give up, then they won.
    If people could defeat communists in the Soviet Union and fascists in Nazi Germany, we can defeat this criminal with forged and stolen IDs. We cannot allow this great nation to become the lauphing stock of the whole world
