This fool mcmanus is just one of many preying on the dumbed down masses too lazy of mind to apply simple logic to the question. We of coarse are all given birth naturally, (well perhaps that could be disputed in this new era of test tubes), but the issue of concern is the circumstance of birth. Which country owns your loyalty, and “naturally” that would be the same country to which has jurisdiction of the citizenship of the parents. Children are by nature what the parents are. Only when a child is born to parents sharing the same citizenship and within the country of origin’s borders can the child’s loyalties be least suspect of outside influences. For the United States government to claim that just being born on U.S. soil alone instills U.S. citizenship can only be described as a theft of ones legitimate heritage
Further, if a child is born to parents of differing citizenship, you have a child of dual citizen, dual meaning conflicting. Renouncing one or the other citizenship does nothing to resolve ones circumstance of birth, and in actuality does nothing to enhance the citizenship retained.Only the “Natural Born citizen” possesses the quality to occupy our highest office. Being that “Natural Born Citizen”, “dual citizen”, and “naturalized citizen”, each are mutually exclusive, no statute can create a “Natural Born” citizen.
The whole purpose of the “Natural Born Citizenship” clause within our Constitution is obvious to those who understand the importance of uncompromising,uncontaminated with foreign interest loyalties. It should also be just as apparent that those who are indifferent to and deny these facts and concerns, do so with intentional malice.
