Decision by Judge Robart goes to the most liberal 9th Circuit. Senate has to confirm Gorsuch with 51 votes ASAP or the order will stand

Dems picked WA state to attack the executive order on temporary immigration ban for a reason. It is a part of the most liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and there is a hight probability that the 9th Circuit would uphold the order. It will go to the Supreme Court next, which will probably rule on party lines 4/4. In this case the ruling of the lower court stays. President Trump should not file with the Supreme Court until Gorsuch is seated.
Call Senator Grassley, urge him to start Judiciary Committee hearings to confirm Gorsuch ASAP and call Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, urge him to use the nuclear option, meaning 51 vote confirmation, for Gorsuch ASAP. Gorsuch should be seated as the tie-breaker 9th judge before the temporary immigration ban is heard by the Supreme Court.
speedie | WA judge’s order is unconstitutional. It says here in the constitution that Trump has the constitutional right to not allow certain foreigners in the country.
8 U.S. Code § 1182 – Inadmissible aliens (f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. |

McConnell should know that this needs to be done ASAP!
This shows that he’s not on board with Trump or America!
I will try to get to Trump with this and another thing!

Orly: sent 2 emails to Trump on the item you discussed with me!

This is the reason Scalia once said that any judge that rules based on his beliefs and not the Constitution should be charged with treason. We need to charge and prosecute one of these clowns so the rest will get the message.

where is this statement by Scalia?

Great advice as always.
My wife and I sent you a contribution last month because we feel you are an asset to the nation.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the article.
First a spelling note, hight is not a word, in the second sentence. Not a big deal, for civilization is at stake.
Yeah there is the ‘nuclear option’ and then there is the 9/11 Truth option which might have to be employed against this cabal.
I guess the irony is that now Trump inherits the very dictatorial powers that the Bush and Obama coups employed in their process of destroying this nation and a host of others, causing this refugee crisis, which was probably part of the long range plan of the globalist cabal all along.
If the President can not secure the boarder, well then it is over.
This could get rough…..it already is.

This is the closest that I could find on any articles about Scalia. This statement is at the end of a long article called ‘The Good Judge’
in The American Standard, I think it was
I have to go back and see and post the link here.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Scalia effect, if it finally takes hold, will be seen in a Court that understands what Scalia himself observed soon after he joined the Court–that
“the main danger in judicial interpretation of the Constitution–or, for that matter, in judicial interpretation of any law–is that judges will mistake their own predilections for the law.”
It was The Weekly Standard
but could not find any mention of
treason. It is the very last sentence
on the 2nd page of the article.
I found, in my search of web sites,
a lot of conflicting
evaluations on Scalia, the worst
and most libelous being at
The Huffington Post.
Everything that was written there was in
direct opposition to other
writings in various papers.
Here is the link to the one
with his quote about judges.
