    Judge John M Marnocha was appointed by Gov. Frank O’Bannon a strong Democrat. You didn’t think you would get a Republican judge did you? Frank died but his wife Judy is also a strong Democrat and a good friend of Obama and Bill Clinton. Good luck Orly, but, it looks like the deck is stacked against you again.

    he is not the judge on my case. He is the judge on the case of 4 leaders of the Democratic party, who allegedly forged the signatures of the voters (according to the indictment)

    What I have been able to come up with on the Honorable Judge, I would say he is an honest judge that hands out some very stiff punishment.

    Handsome fellow with honest in his eyes. He has had law enforcement officers stand before him and once proven guily, they were treated just like everyone else.

    Very non-political, as far as I can tell.
