Court reporter for Judge England refuses to provide the audio tape of the hearing and judge previously refused any electronic recording (such as audio or video) in the courtroom

Expedited (7 days) $203.70

Expedited (14 days) $178.50

Regular delivery (30 days) $153.30

 

An audio tape of the hearing is not available.

do you take credit cards, I will pay for the expedited transcript.
Each US District court has to have an audio tape of the proceeding in case the court reporter reports incorrectly.
we had a situation in PA where a court reporter Dona Anders removed the whole testimony of a witness from the certified transcript, which benefitted a party. Thanks to the fact that the audio tapes are required, we were able to recover 14 pages of transcript, which were not included initially. There has to be an audio tape. Please, advice me, whether I need to go to the judge in order to get an audio tape of the hearing
