   There is no doubt that your legal challenges to all the illegal activity of The Democratic Party Establishment have caused the political “community” to now have to face the illegal facts of what they are doing. You are smoking them out in court. It is on the record. The clock is ticking off the minutes of all the corruption going on in the DOJ. It is in the World Court. They cannot hide the record simply by scrubbing our legal history and by using a sex and drug addicted media to smoke screen it away. When the funny money, all the credit built up by our once God fearing heritage runs out, they will have to confront the disaster they have created.

   Possibly. Two other reasons come quickly to mind. He has been asked by incumbents up for re-election to not do anything so they will have a better chance of being re-elected; and the President is being cautious in case all of his efforts to steal the coming ellections fail, and the repubs gain control of the Senate therefore ensuring his impeachment ESPECIALLY if he moves to further destroy our culture with open borders.
   We would not need a border fence so much if we would hold any invaders in a detention camp until relatives from their homeland sent funds to pay for their “holding” expenses and passage back home.
   We just need to impeach Holder, then Obama, so we can open the files on Obama and find out who he really is.

   The government is now following the rules and laws regarding unaccompanied minors who make it across the border — that’s why the children are fed, housed, screened, and sent back to their home countries with a chaperone in an orderly manner in about two weeks. I thought you wanted the government to put those rules and laws aside and follow your recommendations to just push the children back across the border into Mexico regardless of their country of origin. No feeding them, no clean clothes, no housing them, no letting them sleep in the US — just shove them back across the border.

   Perhaps I don’t understand your case. What were you hoping to accomplish?

   I do believe obama has become mentally deranged!!! His behavior is so irrational and outrageous as to be easily certifiable!!!

   I strongly contend that your pending, critically important case in Texas is irrelevant to our illegitimate, pretend president’s tyrannical decision to ‘temporarily postpone’ his guaranteed amnesty for millions.

   Amnesty is irrevocable and the actual date it is ordained is irrelevant!!!

   His ‘gracious’ delay was an exclusively, politically inspired decision to placate democrat legislators who are praying for their personal reelections; and he is daring Americans not to vote for his sycophants in November.

   He has elevated and anointed himself to such an unchallengeable position of omnipotent power that he has no further need to pretend to hide his intentions!!!

   Rather he is now reveling — with his orchestrated teasing and taunting of the American people — in his unilaterally imposed, guaranteed further destruction of what was the greatest experiment in personal freedom and liberty ever conceived and created on this planet.

   Review his repeated ‘up yours’ attitude toward the American people regarding amnesty:

   ‘I will continue my determined, designated and announced path to destroy America, as it was founded, and remake it in my image; sanctifying law breaking at my discretion, and irrevocably creating millions more permanent
   democrat voters living on the government dole I have expanded beyond financial viability — and off the few remaining Americans who can find a job — to achieve my goal!!!

   I will do it with a stroke of my omnipotent pen, at my leisure, and you, peons, will sit back helpless to even try to stop me . My irrevocable will be done!!!’

   And my revenge on America will be completed!!

    this is an outrageous misrepresentation of my case.
    Today Obama does not deport anyone, he transports illegals all over the nation, he acts as a human smuggler and they get to stay and we supply them with all their needs for years and years. Out of nearly 300,000 illegals who crossed the border since 2013, only a thousand or less of these new illegals were deported.
    I want to stop this trafficking all over the nation, quarantine people for two months and expedited decision within 2 months. Under this approach most or all of 300,000 will be deported to either Mexico or Central America.
    Even obots, like you, know full well that Obama is not deporting 99% of illegals and they stay here as cheap labor, reduce the wages of Americans and take from the treasury the expenses for their education, health care and other social needs, while the oligarchs, who bought for Obama these 2 elections, enjoy higher profits.

    no, I love children. 90% of people crossing the border are adults. Among ones who claim to be minors, vast majority are male teenagers 14-18, close to being adults. Many of them belong to gangs or associated with cartels. this is the reason, why we need a quarantine, check criminal record and health records before the release

    Remembering statements made by Congressmen, when a case is in court they are un-able to
    discuss or comment. With October trial so close to the mid-term election, Obama was put
    into a CheckMate, since the outcome is un-certain and it does not look favorable.

    Why no executive order on Amnesty until later?

    Like statutes or regulations promulgated by government agencies, by the executive orders are subject to judicial review, and may be struck down if deemed courts to be unsupported by statute or the Constitution
