Washington (CNN)If Republicans want to try again to repeal the Affordable Care Act with just a simple majority, they only have until the end of September to do it.

That’s according to Sen. Bernie Sanders, the ranking member on the Senate’s budget committee. According to Sanders, the Senate parliamentarian declared Friday that the Senate’s 2017 budget resolution, which gave reconciliation instructions to repeal Obamacare, will expire at the end of the month.

    McCain us dying, Collins is getting ready to leave the Sanate to run for governor of a state where Obamacare is popular (Paul LePage has avoided saying much about it) and Murkowski is very popular in Alaska. They are not going to change their votes and McConnell won’t risk the embarrassment of bringing it up again. He’s almost openly at war with Trump anyway.

    McCain just went on a trip to Italy. He survived the skin cancer, might survive this too. He might live for a few years

    But Ronnie has a point. McCain is not likely to change his vote. On a different subject, I just read the Kelly barred Sheriff Clarke from an job in the Trump administration. More bad news.

    If the Congress doesn’t do their job here, can President Trump write an E.O. to straighten this out?

    O wrote lots of E.O.’s!

    This would get Congress back into the game, if Trump becomes Pen-Happy!
