    JAG needs to appeal and can take the appeal up to the Supreme Court

    Better still can Trump as commander in chief have that idiot judge put into a combat unit and sent off to Afghanistan or Iraq?

    I don’t know if this judge can be reassigned to be a judge in a combat units. I don’t know if they even have judges in the combat units. Also, if he is reassigned, he probably will retire from the military
