  • I need all patriots to contact the members of the committee in MT and lobby very hard to pass Montana HB 205 through the committee, as well as lobbying for similar bills in each and every state. We need to pass this bill to make sure we remove this fraud from the White House and criminally prosecute him and each and every accomplice who was/is part of the ObamaFraudGate and was involved in obstruction of justice, elections fraud of 309 million U.S. citizens and possibly treason. We need to prosecute all the criminals in the media, government, judiciary, who harassed, intimidated, slandered and defamed members of the military, patriots, Constitutionalists and civil rights attorneys like me in order to perpetrate the cover up in the ObamaFraudGate.  We need to make sure all involved get their prison terms and that we will never have a situation, where US presidency is hijacked by fraud and intimidation.

  • Montana HB 205: Birther Bill Tabled
    • Montana HB 205 was tabled yesterday. A committee vote scheduled for last Friday had been deferred to Monday.

    Welsh Dragon at The Fogbow reports on yesterday’s hearing:

    Rep. Skees brought forward a Vattelist amendment and in the course of the debate realised that he’d made a mess of drafting it. His version required both parents to be US citizens at birth, a proposition that even he didn’t agree with! It was then inevitable that the amendment would be tabled.

    Moving to the bill itself, debate focused on the requirement that candidates be born in a state or territory of the US. Several members (including one born in Australia to two US citizens) argued that this was not so and it was ‘settled law’ those born abroad to US citizens were Natural Born Citizens. (This also featured in the debate on the amendment.)

    On a motion of “do pass” the roll call vote tied at 9 all. This was quickly followed by a motion to table and on the initial voice vote only one voice said ‘No’. However, the chair called a roll call vote and the motion to table was carried 10-8, so I suspect several members were covering their backs with their local crazies.

      This is the latest ploy: Ridicule the (for Obama) devastating Vattel aspect whereby one needs US citizen parents.

And in a significant hint that a compromise was emerging a spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry which has been at odds with the United States and Western European nations over the election said Moscow might look favorably on a new vote….We think the best the ideal outcome would be elections Foreign Minister Bernard Bot of the Netherlands said in The Hague speaking on behalf of the EU. If we are heading for elections it should happen rather soon before the end of the year….In a resolution supported by 307 of 450 members the parliament or Supreme Rada declared that the vote did not fully reflect the will of the people and accused the government of a massive violation of law….The parliament also expressed no confidence in the Central Elections Commission which declared Yanukovych the winner over Viktor Yushchenko the opposition candidate.
