CNN defends Stanford judge, Aaron Persky, and on this one I am with CNN. The public should turn its’ anger to Obama judges, they need to sua sponte reverse their decisions or resign from the bench

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

We are seeing a campaign of public outrage against a Stanford judge, Aaron Persky.

The facts of the case are as follows: a 20 year old young man, a Stanford university student and a star athlete with no criminal record, and a woman of around 26 years old attended a frat party where both of them got completely drunk, they went outside where they had sex. At some point the woman passed out from being completely drunk. The man got charged and convicted of rape for having sex with a woman who passed out. The judge gave the man 6 months in jail. Some liberal members of the public, particularly ones who are following a new fad, saying that all white men are bad and criminals, and ones who want to divert attention from other problems, such as radical Muslim terrorism, astronomical debt and lack of borders, are attacking the judge and demanding to throw the judge of the bench because he gave this 20 year old man with no criminal record only 6 months in prison.

Today, on CNN, Saturday anchor, Michael Smerconish, defended the judge. While I often disagree with CNN, I agree with them on this particular issue.

Smerconish stated that he read the full 90 page sentencing recommendation file which was compiled by the female probation officer on the case.

This female probation officer recommended 4-6 months in county jail.

The probation officer based her recommendation on the fact that the man was young, only 20, that it was his first offense and that he was intoxicated and his judgment was impaired. She also provided the statement given by the victim to the police where the victim stated that she does not want  the man to rot in jail. Later,  when the case got attention, the victim changed her mind and seemingly wanted longer sentence, however the probation officer went by her statement to the police.

Additionally, the probation officer argued that longer sentences are given to individuals who commit more serious crimes.

Indeed, one who rapes a minor, one who brakes into  a house and rapes a woman, one who kidnaps and rapes a woman, are perpetrators who deserve long prison sentences. Here is a case a different case, a case, where two young people got drunk at a party, had sex and a woman passed out during sex from being drunk.

So, Judge Aaron Persky simply followed the recommendations of the female probation officer and the desires of the victim, as she stated her desire to the police whereby she did not want the man to rot in jail. It is time to stop attacking Judge Persky. Time for the public to turn the attention to a more serious matter, to judges in Obama cases.

On the other hand, the judges as well as both AG Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch had and still have in front of them evidence of Obama using a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425 and using toilet paper for IDs. So far they covered it up. (see the file of documents Evidence of forgery, fraud and fabrication in Obama’s IDs)

This cover up led to 8 years of usurpation of the US presidency with disastrous results. Obama incurred more debt than 43 presidents before him combined. He is committing an outright treason by giving aid and comfort to the enemy, by bringing thousands  of Syrian migrants after ISIS announced that it embedded it’s terrorists among those migrants. Together with the Secretary of DHS, Jeh Johnson, Obama endangered us by deleting thousands of DHS files of radical Muslim terrorists. And the list goes on and on…

It is time for the public to turn to judges who covered up the issue of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs and demand that these judges sua sponte change their decisions.

It is time for the public to demand that AG Loretta Lynch appoint a special prosecutor to file criminal charges against Obama for his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 and fabricated IDs, for the usurpation of the US presidency via use of bogus IDs, for treason in bringing Syrian migrants with ISIS terrorists embedded in their midst and so much more.

It is time for the public to turn its’ attention to the most important legal issue of our time.

I agree with Orly on this issue. The young man was punished for his bad behavior but how about the bad behavior of the victim? Obviously drinking to such an excess as to pass out in the company of a man certainly is an invitation to sex, either consensual or non consensual. This was not rape in the usual sense. To a certain degree the girl bears some responsibility for what happened.

Entrenched discrimination against males. Women can act like women but men cannot act like men. They went outside together. What for? Just like saying no stop just before a climax. My how things have changed since God has been thrown out the window. It takes two to tango. She consented when she agreed to go outside to have sex.
