Clerks’ Mafia strikes again. A clerk of the Supreme Court of California decided to return the case against the Secretary of State of CA of elections fraud, because she decided that it is a federal case. This clerk belongs in prison

I got a call from a clerk of the Supreme Court of California Jennifer Cassados, who stated that she simply sent my case of elections fraud against the Secretary of State of CA back to me because it has to do with elections of the U.S. Senator and US President.

The level of lawlessness and corruption by the clerk  is staggering. I explained to her that she has no right to just return the case. She had to docket it and submit to the judges, she is just a clerk and it has to do with the Secretary of State of CA certifying elections. This corrupt and treasonous clerk simply slammed the phone in my face, just as the clerk in SCOTUS did. This is just a total mafia behavior by clerks committing treason against the U.S. and Aiding and  ABETTING OBAMA

I asked to talk to the Chief Clerk.   Chief Clerk is Frank McGuire. Instead of referring me to him, I was referred to someone by name Jorge Navaros. I feel like I am  in Tihuana or some South American banana Republic.

We are seeing this  mafia of the clerks simply abusing the rights of each and every citizen to have lawful elections and redress of grievances .

I really do not know how people can deal with this mafia without revolting. Law no longer exists.

I need you to call the chief judge of the Supreme Court of CA and chief clerk and demand the case docketted immediately.

Also, we need to confront these judges of the Supreme Court of CA, Supreme Court of the US and demand answers, why do they allow clerks to run amok?

Is it because they want to schield themselves from charges of high treason for being criminally complicit in allowing Obama in the White House with all forged and fraudulently obtained IDs?

Please, confront them at public events and demand answers immediately.

    What happen when law abiding citizen lose complete faith in the the justice system?
    What happen when politicians abuse their power and ignored the law they agree on?
    Unfortunately, I can stand to hear the “American people” anymore. Obviously they are not part of it. We the people can’t stand it.

    None of those idiots knows their constitution! Like you Dr Orly I was born outside this country and I took an oath …and my god I will not coward! I hate Kool Aid!

    I do hope that you are recording these conversations. Would love to hear them played on your site. The recordings could also prove useful in an investigation after you report these crimes to the state police and in court when you sue the clerks for violating your rights.

    That’s the very reason I did not vote. I do not elect criminals. These elected body of representatives are going to answer to WE THE PEOPLE but only if we can find an honest attorney to bring together a Grand Jury and indite them all. Most of the country is on welfare and get aid from Obama as he breaks the laws so that keeps them happy to elect anyone who supports their cause. Obama followers are welfare and government handout junkies.

    The mediocrity of the clerk is symbolic for that of Congress which must have the Constitution on some dusty shelf next to the dinosaurs at the Smithsonian.

    Try suing the clerk, Frank Mcguire, and they just send the petitions back. Seen it happen.
