Clarification regarding Dr. Laurie Roth

Please, note that some individuals misreported on my endorsement of Dr. Laurie Roth.
According to the new top 2 rules in CA, the presidential primary elections are partisan, while the rest are non-partisan. It means that any voter: Republican, Democrat or independent can vote for any candidate for Senate or House of Representatives: Republican, Democrat or a member of an American-Independent party. I hope that Republicans, independent voters, as well as members of other parties, such as more moderate Hillary Clinton Democrats, Libertarians and members of American-Independent party vote for me for senate in June 5 primary.
On the other hand, Presidential primary election in CA is partisan. Voters can vote only for the members of their own party. I never urged Republicans to vote for Dr. Roth and they can’t, she is not even listed on their ballot. I only urged registered members of the American-Independent party to vote for Dr. Laurie Roth in their primary, as she is one of 3 candidates from American Independent party.
Dr. Roth is a great candidate all around. Additionally, she is my client challenging Barack Obama’s legitimacy for the US Presidency. If Dr. Laurie Roth wins her party primary, she will have perfect standing to challenge Barack Obama’s legitimacy in the General election.
I hope I clarified this point.
