President Trump stated that he does not give up fight on citizenship question in the census.
It was reported that census questionnaires are being printed now, however in my opinion the government can print a supplemental page and attach it to the rest of the pages that are being printed now.
In my opinion Trump should seek an emergency hearing and seek to add not only the question of whether one is a citizen, but also several other questions:
1 are you a US citizen
2. what is your immigration status: permanent resident or tourist visa or student visa or working visa
3. when does your visa expire
4. are you an illegal alien
The justification for these questions is that people whose visas expire shortly should not be considered in the total count for districting and funding. Similarly, people who are here illegally should not be counted as they will be deported shortly. These questions are essential for a proper count towards funding and districting for Congress.
President Trump, do not give up the fight. Citizenship question is the most important in the Census. Get different attorneys to take over the case and file an emergency injunction motion in district court. You have plenty of time to insert those questions.
You need to file an emergency injunction in court and seek to add the question. You can print an additional page with this question later. This is needed to calculate funding and districting. Get a q about immigration status
You have to add questions about the immigration status and visa expirations. People whose visas are expiring and who are illegal should not be included in the count for districting for Congress. This is a valid reason for SCOTUS
The News Reports about the Department of Commerce dropping its quest to put the Citizenship Question on the Census is incorrect or, to state it differently, FAKE! We are absolutely moving forward, as we must, because of the importance of the answer to this question.

Fantastic idea Orly. AG Barr is not fighting at all to protect the rights of U.S. citizens. He should be fired.
Total number of citizens is needed for federal apportionment of representatives and electoral votes — that’s why CA and pro-illegal alien groups want it. Only U.S. citizens can legally vote in federal elections – non-citizens do not have this right.
CA should not be given more electoral votes and democrat representatives than it is required by the Constitution.
Media and other pro-illegal alien/anti-US citizen groups are lying about the citizenship question being new to the census – it was first put on census in 1820.

I agree! Your advice to President Trump is logical and addresses the Constitutional basis for the Census.
I wish the Justices were all honest to their oath and not willful political operatives. I have lost so much respect for the Supreme Court in recent years. They have really damaged the nation.

Since when does the servant become superior to the master?
We the People ordained and established the United States Constitution, and then established three separate and distinct branches of government.
One of them being the U.S. Supreme Court. We granted them certain limited powers. Because, we ordained and established it, we can dam well take it away as well.
Those Black Robed Tyrants need to understand, the Constitution only allows them to hold office during “good behavior” and when they dishonor their oath of office to support the Constitution they are acting in “Bad Behavior.”
Time to drain the swamp!

DOJ had a chance to do that on Friday. Didn’t seem to work out that way.
Injunction for what, stopping the census? Out of time for that. If all that is needed is to add a sheet of paper to the census, no need for an injunction.

Well, I just got through with viewing a bit of info that gave me hope for this item…
President Trump is considering writing an E.O. to see to it that the very important Question of whether a voter has to be an American Citizen…
Would solve that problem with the illegals…
And they should also have to show their birth certificate to prove they’re an American Citizen, right off the bat!
The question should not only ask that question, the voter should also have to show this citizenship doc!

I would like to ask any of these scumbag judges, which constitutionally protected right is been violated by asking this question in the census? I’ve said it a million times, Trump needs to fire whoever is presenting these guys to him to be nominated and not only to the supreme court. Most of them have turned out to be a bunch of turncoats!

Dr Orly Taitz has outlined the proper way to handle this question of whether or not one is a legal citizen…
Or an illegal alien.
And one or more of your attorneys can file this and/or that…
And this should be done with precision and soon, just in case you may need to change anything concerning the illegals…
And You might consider also adding (if necessary?)…
If they are citizens…Then, ask them to produce a birth certificate, if needed?

Great suggestion for Pres. Trump, Dr. Orly. And instructions should be printed on the addendum that, if it is discarded, not filled out or otherwise not returned with the rest of the census, it will be assumed that the submission is from a non-citizen, and as such, will not be counted in the total citizen count.

I saw info yesterday that said that this was a FAKE-Trick to keep President Trump from pushing this.
This CAN be done!
This should let Trump know that if it’s been labeled “not good,” then, he should check it out and find the truth about any particular question!

Yeah…President Trump is a tough bird…
He won’t let something like this go without some kind of a protective act to SAVE America from illegal voting!
All these sanctuary cities, too, are to be keep under observation, so they don’t give away the Constitution to these illegals!
Those people should be arrested for their treason!

By writing an Executive Order, to bring this to the voting booths!
