    I saw on facebook that it is now up to 48 states. I hope that this will work. I really hope that all the states will be able to secede from this rogue scary dictatorship usurpation occupation from a foreign national.

    Individual Staies have a right to separate…
    According to the Declaration of Independence,
    “ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”.

    44 states now LA, TX, Fla, Ala, Ga, & Tn
    all have 25,000 plus and NC is close.
    HI, Wash., Mass, Vermont, MD, & Conn
    are the only ones missing.
    Missouri & SC have enough signatures but
    it’s on 2-3 petitions ea unfortunately

    Thank you. It must get 150 signatures by grassroots efforts before it will be posted on the site for Open Petitions. There were 54 signatures last I looked.

    There are also a Recount the Vote Petition, Repeal ObamaCare, Allow Citizens to Refuse ObamaCare, & Impeach Obama petitions.

    Lets get the Natural Born Citizen Petition on the site so people can see it and they will sign it. It will go ballistic!

    I have a very bad feeling about submitting any petitions to the Obama administration because in doing so you are legitimizing his faux presidency when he is ineligible to be the president at all.

    I believe the only legal body is Congress. Remember they make the Laws and they are a legitimate governing body. Put them in the hot seat. Submit your petitions to them.

    Obama wants your names to harass you and intimidate you because he wants to strip you of your rights and cause civil unrest.

    Does the Constitution say that in order to secede you must submit a petition to the President? He is not a legitimate U.S. President.

    Be careful because Obama might be setting a trap for you. Do not give up on secession but do it peacefully and by the Law.

    The secession card can be a useful bargaining chip against Potus Obama’s plan to “transform”
    our country to his progressive image and likeness.As he pushes his radical agenda forward let us use the secession card to slow
    down and stop his progressive/communist “transformation” of our beloved country.
    We will preserve and defend our Constitution.

    Only 49 states, Vermont doesn’t have one yet
    GA has 25,000+ on 1 out of their 3 petitions.
    Apparently people aren’t checking the list completely
    before starting another petition for their state
