Citizens of 15 states are signing a petition to secede from the Union, however there are no 25,000 petitions from any of the states, so far there is an insignificant number of petitions for every state

This from admirable Michelle Malkin, though one wonders how one impeaches someone not eligible, or perhaps first IMPEACHMENT, then NULLIFICATION?

I think 38 states can just desolate the contract with the federal government and be done with it. That’s what we need anyway. Each state take back its sovereignty and then form a new one just for common defense.

Dr. Taitz could you please tell me if I’m wrong about a majority of the states voting to dissolve the contract with the federal government? What does it take and what is the process?
Thank you for your service to this country.

If the former Soviet Territories were able to break away from the former Soviet Union, then there’s no reason we can’t accomplish the same kind of secession. Then Mr. Hussein can take out his fraudulently obtained checkbook and support all the welfare recipients.

If 26 States want to Secede, why couldn’t those 26 States just take the federal government over, since 26 States is a majority.
Or would you need States, with 270 electoral votes to count as a majority?
This Secede issue has grown big almost overnight.
I sure someehing good comes of it.

Would like to know where does one get the original petition to sign? Or do we just prepare a petition ourselves? Is there certain wording that has to be listed on the petition? Someone please advise.

What the fuck does “desolate the contract with the federal government” mean? There is no contract, asshole – there’s only the Constitution, which some of us have fought and bled to defend!
