    Yeah, boy…

    This polar freeze is unbelievable…

    Where I live, the day time temps have been way below zero…

    And the last two nights, we’ve had 28-(30+)below with a chill factor of more than -50 below…

    I keep feeling like I am living in Point Barrow, Alaska, in the Arctic Circle!

    The (thegazette.com) paper had a great write up article on it for Wed/Thursday to show how the “frozen” polls have shifted a bit to hit the upper midwest with the arctic blast, that can freeze your glasses and frost over the lens as well.

    The chill factor is so bad one can hardly stand to walk any distance outside and actually see where you’re going!

    It’s been many years since this kind of cold has hit us here in Iowa…

    I’ve had to postpone doctors appointments and can hardly handle just walking a block to get my mail and back…with the wind making the eyes water and keep me from seeing where I”m at and where I’m going!

    See how difficult the weather can get, when the polls start to shift…in the wrong direction(s)?
