Attention Elizabeth Baum,
Staff attorney Judge Wright
Dear Ms. Baum,
I need a certified copy of the case file as it was received by the Fulton County Superior Court. My original understanding was, that the Administrative Court of Georgia will forward the certified copy of the case file diirectly to the Fulton county Superior court, which would limit any possibility of tampering with the file.
I was advised by Ms. JKim Beal, staff attorney for judge Malihi, that they forwarded the only file they had, to the defendant, Secretary of State. That means, that the only copy of the case file will be going to the judge on the case from the defendant. I need to review the certified copy of the file, that you received from the defendant, in order to make sure, that all the documents were received and that there was no tampering with the file.
— Sadly, I’ve seen cases, where clerks of the court, court reporters and others tampered with the file and removed documents and removed pages out of the transcript. Recently a citizen, William Windsor, filed a criminal complaint with evidence of file tampering in Fulton County. As such, I request a certified copy of the full file from the administrative court and from the Secretary of State, as it was received by judge Wright.
Additionally I submitted by certified mail a petition/motion for letters rogatory. At the same time other parties filed petitions/motions. Unfortunately the clerk of Fulton County court does not enter in the electronic docket the title of the motion and it it impossible to find out, which petitions/motions were received by the clerk and docketed. I am asking for verification, whether the Petition for letters rogatory, which I submitted pro se as an ancillary matter, was indeed received and docketed.
Sincerely,
Dr Orly TaitzESQ
