The only reason obama made it into office is because of the color of his skin. He has no clue how to work within our system which is evident by his traveling around courting foreign heads of state that do not have the best interest for the American people. Rose colored glasses are on his face and he doesn’t see the need in our country. let’s get the majority of Americans to get out and be heard instead of the minority. Let’s be all about the majority of Americans and not the minority f Americans who seem to make our policies that are restrictive to the majority of Americans. Let’s get back to saying the Pledge of Allegiance in our schools. leave In God We Trust. Patriotism needs to be taught again so our children know how and why our country was founded.
Very scary, this guy is a joke. The only person in his cabinet and advisory staff with any federal government experience is Hillary! The rest of these people are clueless and have no idea what to do, just like Mr. Obama. He will be the worst president in our history if not already.
THE GUY HAS NO CLUE.AND WITH ALL THE ROCKS BEING THROWN AT HIM HE STILL DOESNT GET IT. KINDA MAKES JIMMY CARTER LOOK SMART!

What I like most about this administration is…nothing.
Just another smartass white guy trying to be black. If I’m figuring right it is his white part that makes Barry a citizen, but it was his black part that got him into the oval office; commander in thief. The day is coming when we will see him being lead out of the white house in hand cuffs.

We need jobs. No jobs, no healthcare, no homes, no money to buy staples. Obama has let the lobbyists dictate. Where is our change???

Obama is unexperienced, the Democrats are the real problem, Obamais a puppet with a Socialist Mindset. America will fix him on his next VOTEING DAY.
  • He’s not truly interested in working together to get things done, he wants it done his way & he seems to more interested in staying in the spot light, getting all the attention drawn to himself than helping our country. It is, after all, for the people, by the people. I for one hope he will not be the one to say – I did it my way!

I like the President and I’m tired of the disrespect he is given and no I’m not black! There is a system in place if you don’t like going on and tired of the government figures worry about only saving there own asses insead of doing what they were send to do. THEY WORK FOR US NOT FOR THEMSELFS!!!!!
  • And we thought Bush was doing a poor job at times, Obama will replace Carter as the worst at the present rate.
  • His penchant for political correctness and his desperate, self-serving desire to be accepted by all the European nations and such is taking a front seat to our national security. His approach to the economy has no bearing on real world economics and the market; nothing that he has done will transfer into sustainable private sector growth, which must necessarily be the driving force behind what should be a thriving economy. He is totally unwilling to entertain free-market driven solutions to problems; rather his first and overriding impulse is to try to solve every problem with a statist, big government approach.

His words, though lofty, do nothing to inspire confidence and individual empowerment; rather they serve to depress and to make people feel powerless save for the alleged saving graces of an all-encompassing, centralized government.

In other words, his is the “Anti-Reagan” presidency.

Think of all the Campaign promises not kept, We will have the same Health plan as congress, I will end the war in Irag and pull out all the troops, I will be open, honest and transparent with the american people, I will get rid of all of the Lobbyist and end their influence. He’s just another big mouth telling people what they want to hear and catering to Special Interest just like everyone else in Washington. Its obvious he’s all hat and no cattle just like all the rest in congress. Problem is everyone in Washington is beholden to the ones who finance their election campaigns so they can’t work in the peoples interest. Too bad we don’t have Term limits for congress. wwwGOOOH.com

I think that he is the worst President since Jimmy Carter and if he keeps going the way he is, he will be the downfall of our country. I served four years in the military and twenty two as a police office. I think his changes in warfare are getting our men and woman killed. It is a sin what he is doing to the C I A. I would like to see how he and his cronies would act in combat.

Doesn’t listen to the American Public. His arrogance and political philosophy are contrary to the basic tenets of our country. He has surronded himself with people who do not have the interest of America at heart and who believe in dangerous social political agendas. He is not a leader….
  • I feel his approach to terrorists and terrorism is terribly wrong. Would prefer to see health care stay in the private sector with oversight, tort reform and break down of state line barriers. Already have enough huge, wasteful government run programs like Medicare. Like the idea of keeping young adults on my health plan. Also like the idea of requiring health insurance for all with government subsidies for very low income wage earners only. Too liberal with bail outs. Worry about the long term effect on our economy. I’m not far right, but I tend to lean right of center on social issues. Feel he is too far left. Am a teacher. Do like his ideas on personal accountability in regards to parenting. Wish he would hammer that one more. Bipartishanship? What’s that? Don’t think either party has a clue. Disgusted with them all on that one. Sick. Sick. Sick. We have real problems and they’re all acting like spoiled brats. Good grief!

“During Thursday’s Health Care Summit, I viewed the patently totalitarian Marxist-Democrat Party telling We-the-People that we no longer matter to them. Our voices are—once and for all per the Democrats—of no further importance. Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Dictator-in-Chief Obama made it crystal clear that the American people WILL accept whatever draconian plans they force upon them—and like it—or else. Each and every time the questioning and contradictions from the right to false statements made by the dictator-in-chief became too uncomfortable for his fragile ego’ or simply presented the truth in too bright a light, Obama shut down the questioner with reprimands similar to ‘you’re off of the subject’ or ‘stop your talking points’ or ‘the campaign is over and I won’.”

Ariz. lawmakers: Verify citizenship of candidates

    By JONATHAN J. COOPER | Posted: Tuesday, February 23, 2010 8:04 pm
    https://azdailysun.com/news/state-and-regional/a…

Nearly half of the Arizona Legislature wants to force President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate to state officials if he runs for re-election.

A state House committee on Tuesday approved the measure sponsored by 40 of the state’s 90 legislators. It would require U.S. presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the constitutional requirements to be president.

Rep. Judy Burges, R-Skull Valley, said she brought forward the idea after being approached by constituents. She said people have to show their birth certificate to enroll in youth sports or get a passport, so they should have to show it to run for president.

One of the constituents, Jeff Lichter of Surprise, said his motive isn’t partisan. In fact, he says, he has questions about the eligibility of both Obama and his Republican opponent, Arizona Sen. John McCain, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone.

“The citizens of Arizona have a right to know that any candidate placed on the presidential ballot is qualified to run,” Lichter said.

All 40 co-sponsors are Republicans, comprising 75 percent of the GOP caucus, although two of them have since resigned to run for Congress.

Burges said 10 other states are considering similar legislation. Eleven U.S. House Republicans have signed on to a federal bill, but it hasn’t received a hearing in the Democrat-controlled House.

So-called “birthers” have contended since the 2008 presidential campaign that Obama was born abroad, even after his official Hawaii birth certificate was made public along with birth notices from two Honolulu newspapers published in August 1961.

The Constitution says that a person must be a “natural-born citizen” to be eligible for the presidency. The so-called “birthers” suggest that Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate is fake and say he was actually born in Kenya, his father’s homeland.

The Arizona bill would require the secretary of state to review candidates’ documents and withhold a candidate from the ballot if he has “reasonable cause” to believe ineligibility.

Courts have rebuffed lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be president, but the issue hasn’t gone away.

Northern Arizona University political science professor Fred Solop described “birthers” as a small fringe group of extremists and said the Arizona lawmakers supporting their cause are walking a political tightrope.

“It would be very easy to go a little too far with this, to be aligned with the fringe and to alienate the more mainstream voters who ultimately you need to win office,” he said.

Having lost the presidential race, McCain is now running for re-election in the Senate. His campaign last week sparred with challenger JD Hayworth over Hayworth’s calls for Obama to produce his birth certificate.

A former congressman and talk-radio host, Hayworth told CNN’s Campbell Brown that he doesn’t specifically question Obama’s citizenship but said recent concerns about identity theft mean “it would be great that people can confirm who they say they are.”

  • I am so sick of having things shoved down our throats–we have this majority of people in the USA that have good suggestions, real concerns, definite ideas and no matter how the majority feel, we have these few people who want it their way, no matter how the majority of people feel. Probably one of the smartest things we have ever heard our Senator (and I use this term loosely) say, is I “With all these Federal Appointees we have in Washington, I can’t think of one who has ever owned a business or had to make a payroll” Maybe, just maybe, it is time for our President to ask for help from the people who know what they are talking about, not from people who only have things to gain when they have it their way! The Health Care Bill is so outragous at this point–who is getting a payoff–certainly not the public!
  • Obama is all about Dictatorship and he wants to run all of our the companies. Starting with the car industry, next the insurance industry and he is trying to tax and control the communication industry. It’s baby steps to a total take over, but it will come to fruition, unless–we the people can stop him and his arrogance. These are scary times and if he gets his way, which it looks as though he will, he will make sure this health bill passes–with all his hidden agenda.

I feel Obama is a total failure in his role as President. His arrogance and disregard for America and what We the People want for our country is appalling. His Big Government and Socilization programs/bills will kill America. The Health Care bill is the perfect example of curption and the “do anything” attitude, including bribs to get it passed shows what he thinks of We the People. WE DO NOT WANT THIS HEALTHCARE ATROCITY. NOR DO WE WANT TO GIVE AWAY AMERICA TO ILLEGALS. I agree with the guy who said the bill for illegals is S—. I also agree with the gentelman from SC. Obama you lie. Please let Obama know, “The Campagin is Over. Stay in Washington and create jobs for American citizens. We are tired of Obama talking us to death. I am not one of those people Obama says does not like government. I love my country and I am very willing to support and stand up for our goverment, and our leaders. But not Obama, or his wacko Czars and crooks in his adminsitration. Obama has never spent enough time in America to even know, understand or appreciate what this country is about.
Never before has any man representing the United States of America put this great country down as much as Obama. Obama, I live in a Christian Nation! I think he is a angry man with an idenity crisis that wants to some how level the playing field of American success for something that he missed in his life, while he wants to remain an elitest. I am encourgage that America is speaking out.
  • How about the people who make the rules have to follow them, maybe they would think before they come up with such stupid ideas
  • O’bama is a liar, a cheat, an egomaniac, and a non-citizen. He cares nothing for this country and the majority of people in it. I don’t understand why he is still in the Oval office.
  • I watched his body language during the time when Republicans spoke during the “Stealcare Summit.” He smirked, waved dismissively, and rustled papers when he didn’t like what he was hearing. His remarks directed at Sen. McClain were arrogant and contemptuous. This was the first time I have seen the hostile, mean side of Barack Obama when the cameras were on. He took up most of the time, and justified it by saying, “…but I’m the President.” His attitude underlies the behavior of his administration.
  • Mr. Obama was elected by Democrats, Republicans and Independents. Three different politcal philosophies, yet his administration has swung totally to the left. Our eceonomy is in a shambles. The Obama administration maintains it is creating jobs. Unemployment is at 10% and the jobless claims number just shot up again today! Consumer confidence is at an all time low and small business, the growth engine of our economy, is afraid of their own shadow, because of pending legislation that will increase taxes. We bailed out all these financial companies many of which have already paid the money back. I guess they really weren’t in too bad shape. Still banks are not lending to spur the economy but are looking for ways to profit from their credit card business on the backs, once again, of the consumer. The Administration needs to get people back to work! Not temporary jobs that will have a negative impact on the economy because all these people will be applying for unemployment benefits once those jobs are eliminated or expire. Certainly there is no magic pill, but they need to do something. The United States of America is the greatest country in the world. We have done so much for so many countries around the world throughout the 20th century and here in the 21st century we begin again with our philanthropic ways. As an American citizen it is difficult to hear the President of the United States apologize all over the world to countries we’ve actually helped for our supposed aggressive ways. No one can change history, we can only learn from it. There is no doubt that Health Care is a mess. Does that give the current administration the authority to take over 1/6th of the U.S. economy. We have the best health care system in the world. Let’s find a way to make it more affordable. There have been many recommendations made on how this can be done. Why not start over again and make realistic recommendations? The bottom line is that the President is taking our country in the wrong direction. If any good does come of this administration’s radical policies it will be that the people of this great nation will wake up and realize what is happening and will hopefully elect the right people for the job. This is a country that was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. The Founding Fathers were brilliant in their creation of the U.S. Constitution. Let’s get back to our roots!
  • He continues to place all the blame on the prior administration. After one year that excuse doen’t fly.
Now it’s his lack of experience and poor choices of support people that is beginning to become evident.
I just hope the country lasts until he and his group are unemployed like about 15% of our great country.
  • Obama is nothing but a spineless puppet. He’s not running the show. In fact, the same Puppet Masters that were pulling W’s strings are still in charge. The middle class of this country is being systematically run into the ground by an elitist class of a-holes that could care less about We The People.

The two-party system has got to go, people. This isn’t a “red vs blue” problem. Both parties are as corrupt as the other. They just want you to think that things are vastly different to keep you voting in the bozos from your favorite corner, only to discover that once they are in office, nothing changes.

It really is that simple. Wake up to this, and start voting with your conscience, and do some critical thinking the next time you go to the polls. Stop listening to *-holes like Chris Matthews, Keith Olberman, Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck. These people are part of the problem.

Be part of the solution, and lay off of the partisan Kool Aid. This country would be much better for it.

  • I have never seen a “public servant” who cares less for the people he serves. He has no clue what the common man is experiencing and I don’t believe is he really an American. I don’t know America could have elected such an imposter and I pray that we can survive until he is out of office.
  • President Obama’s arrogance supercedes any political savy the man has. He makes everything sound like “I, MY, ME” and even seems to begrudge his own party members any publicity.
He shows NO diplomatic savy whatsoever, other than to run down our nation.
The fact that he refuses to use the word terrorism is worrysome. Where, exactly do his loyalties and allegiance lie??
  • I don’t know when I’ve ever been so disappointed in a president! His first year has been a disaster! Let us hope that he has learned something from this first year and that his remaining three years will be better..

I do not think that BO will ever change. He is incompedent and arrogant. It is all about me me me. I do not think the cares anything about this country and I do not think he was born in Hawaii. If he was why is he hiding all of his documents. Fox news is afraid to question the hiding of all of his documents. They will not say anything about how much money he has spent to keep them hidden. Americans are no fools and I was not born yesterday. I had to travel twenty miles just to get an original state stamped copy of my daughters birth certificate just so she could play ball.
