Can someone interview Obama’s great uncle, if he knows anything about Obama’s use of forged IDs

Madelyn Payne had a younger brother named Jon Virgil Payne according to attached 1940 Census. He now lives in Littleton, CO based on Whitepages, information. Has anyone interviewed him…to see if his sister was indeed the President’s grandmother?

Wouldn’t a subpoena be the appropriate vehicle for you to get this info?
