    I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know, but can Moore compel Allred to turn over the year book if he hasn’t yet brought formal charges against her? And if he can’t why haven’t there been formal charges?

    Time to disbar this ambulance chaser of a lawyer!
    She is not above the law and if she knowingly, and I’m predicting she is the one who concocted this year book lie, produced faked evidence, I’m pretty sure this will be her last case.

    Boy, these people just can’t function within the confines of the proper law!

    That’s why so many of them seem to lose their law license!
